Exotic Diamonds — Local services in Houston

2 days after purchasing a diamond engagement ring with small diamonds around the band, they began to fall out. We brought it back and were told perhaps it was caused to the prongs opening up when they sized the ring down to fit me, making it their fault. Then they said to come back another day since they didn’t have the right size diamonds to fix it. When we came back they charged us $250, claiming there were too many diamonds that fell out, even though they acknowledged the fault was on their part, and telling us there was warranty on it at the time we bought it. I was extremely disappointed in the service, the manager never spoke to us directly, only the sales reps...

My husband, by the watch about a year or so ago come to find out, had it certified through two different jewelry departments and the diamonds are fake. Have the diamonds are real on a fake back not even silver. Please stay away from this place. They told me that it’s not fake that bought it somewhere else going out there next week to get a final answer. Will let everybody know...
