Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

Mánager In training, Mr Stephen took good care of me!!!!! My Husband wanted to surprise me and order me my favorite Cheese Bread, however; the Little Caesars on Bissonnet & Fondern make the most SMALLEST ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD!!!!! 1/3 of it was Missing and it was flat not pan like pizza!!!!! I went back myself and the “MANAGER” would NOT allow me to explain!!! If I wanted to let him know that I order this entry ALL the time and it has never been like this , but he would interrupt and raised his voice, very unprofessional! I wouldn’t have written this review, but what had me so upset is the fact of how he treated my husband. His English is somewhat limited and my husband wanted to explain that I wanted it with the garlic butter at the end, but the manager was trying to charge him over $2 more and that’s when my husband told another worker in Spanish what he wanted and the manager yelled at him and told him not to talk to anyone else, but only to him. That’s when my husband called and I explained to him what I wanted and he proceeded to charge me extra, and I told him, that I was NOT asking for extra Garlic Butter, but that I just wanted to make sure they applied it after so that it could be moist NOT dry!!!!! Terrible service at Bissonnet & Fondern, but at 5900 Chimney Rock where I went to obtain a name for the District Manager, this Manager, Mr Stephen made me a PERFECT MOIST ITALIAN...

Little Ceasers was my go to pizza place in my old neighborhood. Nowadays I have to travel 20 minutes to get here to enjoy some little ceasers pizza. The store closes at 10pm but I arrived 9:20. I was sure to call the store before hand and they didn’t answer. Answer machine says workers are busy preparing pizza. So I continue my 20 minute drive to arrive with 30 minutes before closing. I’m not sure how it works but I assume closing at 10 means you will take orders till 10. Well that wasn’t the case. I arrived and was tuned away. The employee walked up to me and said “we ain’t taking orders anymore”. I told him it’s 9:20. He responds “we still ain’t taking any orders. We gotta clean up”. So now I wasted 20 minutes of my time driving here expecting the store to still be open. I parked in front of store writing this review and in that time they turned away 5 other customers including myself. I’m not sure how these guys run their business but they’re so eager to go home they rather turn away business and have us waste our time. If store closes at 10 we expect to be able to take...

I typically do not go the extra mile to leave a review but I felt it necessary to address certain issues about this establishment. First and foremost, Today I drove 20 minutes to get here and arrived at 9pm; it states that this place closes at 10 pm. However when I arrived the store cashier and manager told me that are only serving $5 classic pizzas because they were “short staffed”. She eventually agreed to give me what I asked for after I kept questioning why the were only selling one item on the menu; but she rolled her eyes at me with a disgusting attitude.

2nd: the place was swarming with flies and looked not well kept or clean at all as I waited for nearly FORTY minutes for one pizza.

3rd: an off clock employee was literally sitting on the counter next to the register talking to the cashier the entire time.

This place lacks professionalism,cleanliness and good customer service. I will not be returning and am disappointed in how they run their store. Please carry yourselves in a better manner...
