Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I came to this location on Tuesday at about 11:30 AM. There were two women working there when I walked in they didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence at all. I waited patiently but they never Said hello nor even look my way. my husband then walks in and says hello. They don’t greet him either. We are standing there for approximately five minutes, another worker walks out from the kitchen. She looks at me and continues doing what she’s doing without saying a word. She then walks over to the other employee. They neither both say anything or look my way. I’m in shock at this point. I stand there for a couple more minutes before walking out. That was very rude!I felt extremely discriminated against and disrespected . I will never be coming back to this location and what a shame it was my first time there. We arrived at this establishment with plenty of time to order, but there was no one to attend to us. We waited for about two minutes, to be considerate about the attendant who was just sitting in his car on his phone. I know he noticed us when we walked in because he looked at us directly. His lack of attention made it seemed like he didn’t even care about his customers. A bad habit I’m pretty sure wasn’t taught through training. The food display looked dirty and mal-managed. Two thumbs down on cleanliness and organization. Needles to say that the lack of structure shows how disorganized and careless the Subway company and franchise is. So unprofessional staff, im a regular here , and that lady they have in front have a really dirty mouth . Always using profanity in spanish while talking to other staff and even she gets visits or friends come over and just talk in front of people so loud . Gossiping and just talking mess . I was eating my lunch in peace and she started talking to a girl that came in (not a staff) and just starting talking about how the place got robbed by black people early in the morning . I didnt wanted to hear all that stuff but they were just so loud . I even heard how much the glass in front door cost to the owner because of the robbery lol .
