Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

The food is normally ok. However tonight they actually could of been the cause of me bein hospitalized. (Late,dark,drive thur)Thank God my husband took the first bite after not knowing if it was mustard that had been wiped off the meat/bread or if whom ever made the food was careless & placed it on the sandwich anyhow after saying/asking 3TIME's NO MUSTARD & the 3td time the lady repeated it back no mustard. I'm highly allergic to mustard I get hospitalized with just about a tea spoon amount. Little things like this can hurt & harm someone please people pay more attention when making someone's food that pacifically ask a special made item. Yes we always ck the food before we eat just in case. Thank god I didn't trust in them that they made it right. Yes it's the customer's job to make sure you do your job make the order right. Here I saw an amazing couple 💒 a queen 👑 and her knight in shining 🌟 armor. Sharing a table, and what did I do? I bought them a meal, a coffee ☕, and maybe 🤔 made their day? And it took little effort.

Please forgive me, for I have some children to take care of. I don't mean any harm to any superior's, police 🚓🚨, fire 🚒🔥 man, military 🎖️, etc, I only want to thank those amazing first 🥇 responders for the courage and courageous efforts daily.

I also met a great jack in the box manager at the Sam Houston racetrack, and at the dairy Queen 👑 on 90/99, in Sugarland.

They refuse to give receipts I brought my wrong order with food and they said they can't do anything because there's no manager on duty. I reorder the same thing and it's still wrong so I came at a later date and the man's till refused to refund monies spent. She said call the cops. This entire location needs to be split up or terminated all together. People are going crazy on fast food employees I could have been deranged and shot up the place. They were laughing and disregarding my plight when I spen money I expect my order to be made to the T. I called trying to get a manager and they just let it ring and the voice-mail is inactive so how is anything ever done properly at this location. They are keeping receipts saving them until the end of shifts and redeeming the codes taking food home to family n friends.
