I really wish I could give negative stars. First off, I tried ordering online. Twice. Neither order went through so I had to call. As I was talking with a woman on the phone to place my order, my call ended. I called back and got different lady. This was the 4th attempt to order food now. She was very apologetic and kind. She explained to me that quepapas were no longer an option at this location. I adjusted my order, provided credit card info, and was told the estimated delivery would be in 30 minutes. I hung up with her at about 7 pm. Then, its 8:11 and I still don't have food. I called the number back and a guy answered. He told me I didn't have an active order, that he could only see the two failed online attempts. I was then transferred to a manager and put on hold. She explained she was put on hold with the store then came back to tell me the store had my order and I should have it in 30 minutes. 9 pm rolls around and a guy is finally at my door... But asks for cash!!! Are you kidding me? We didn't have cash and sent him away with our food. The building itself is one of the smallest Pizza Hut locations I have ever seen. The atmosphere feels cramped. At other locations they have table service, but at this location you order at the front, and they call your number and that's it, you either leave with your food, or you sit down at one of the few tables that there are and eat your food. The other thing about this location that made me a little uncomfortable was the staff. After me and a friend had ordered our food I noticed that a few of the staff members were staring at my friend and I more than the normal glance. I didn't understand why? It was definitely enough to make me feel uncomfortable as well as my friend. The last thing I want to comment on is the cleanliness of the location. It was really dirty. The restrooms were the worst. After we finished our meals we left but I had already made the decision to not visit this location again. I would like to say that this doesn't reflect the Pizza Hut chain in general, just this...

I guess that's how employees are trained to stall for time. I am aware the store closed at 11pm so which it was stated online but am pretty sure 1 hour and 15 minutes is more than enough time to let a customer know if they are currently accepting orders or not... I work hard in the food industry as well, I will definitely help any customer until the open sign turns off. Your closing shift should extend past closing time... Whether it does or not is not my concern. I know the stalling game... However, this type of behavior is unacceptable. I will be placing this review on every website I can possibly find. If my pizza shows up at my door, might as well take it back because I ordered Dominoes and contacted customer...
