This was the WORST experience!! Do NOT go to this location!! It was late and I needed to eat something so I could take some medicine and this was available. I waited in line for 13 mins before getting to the ordering speaker, I was then acknowledged by attendant and asked to wait again, b/c she was the only one working. Four (4) mins later she comes back to the speaker and says, "the credit card machine is down and she can only take cash". I couldn't get out of the line because there was no room to get around (very narrow drive thru against a wall) and again, I needed to eat something. So, I'm scrounging in my things for actual 💵, I order what I can with the few dollars and change I had, then I drive thru up to the window, and that was the only one person there (I took photos). While waiting another 7 mins, I saw it...this employee was doing EVERYTHING!!!! Taking orders, cashier, cooking, expediting food and delivery. When the employee (Kimberly- per my receipt) greeted me as I gave her the $ for my order, she was nice, calm and thanked me for waiting patiently and order was correct, hot and fresh. This employee deserves a medal & raise. I was livid at having to wait about 30 mins for a chicken sandwich!! Maybe this is a one time occurrence, however, this was awful!! Ordered the Grilled Sourdough Swiss Sandwich Combo on April 11th with no swiss cheese and asked the lady to sub American cheese along with 2 regular tacos and an order of small fries. Was told they didn't have swiss cheese on their sandwiches at which point I replied it is called the Grilled Sourdough Swiss Sandwich. She once again replied we dont have Swiss Cheese at which point I replied great, I don't want swiss chess and proceeded through the drive thru. Got to my house to find Swiss cheese and American cheese on my breakfast sandwich, No French fries and hash browns that tasted like they were cooked in yesterdays oil. I checked for the receipt in my bag or to see if there was one attached to my bag to see if they had charged me for the fries and realized there was not one given to me. If I could give this location negative stars, I would. Unfortunately that’s not an option. This location closes at random times all the time, food is wrong half the time. Workers are RUDE. If you place a mobile order during one of their random “let’s close early” moments, not only will they ignore you at the speaker box and hide in the back so you can’t see them, they also refuse refunds. Twice we’ve placed mobile orders and never got our food OR our money back. Tonight, I knocked on the glass until an employee came out (surprise!! There is people inside!!) and told me they were closed so I asked if she could refund my mobile order. She nodded, went to the back and never returned. Come home and check email to see that it says “order completed”. So we got screwed out of our food and money and they just get to pretend they actually did their job while getting paid to sit around in the back, hiding from customers....
