tl,dr: Jade is an amazing aesthetician and my skin has thrived under her care. The studio is cute and comfortable and everything about your experience at Fully Jade'd is superlative.

Everything about my experiences with Jade have honestly been perfection. I'm finicky about who works on my skin, but I was immediately reassured by the initial intake form that was sent after I booked my first appointment. And when I arrived for my first facial, Jade was warm and inviting, and even more importantly, incredibly knowledgable and passionate about skin, and ready to address concerns that are more typical for Black skin.

I love that Jade tailors your facial to what you want for your skin as well as any needs that she sees when she examines your face. From extractions to hydrodermabrasion, light chemical peels and red light therapy (just a few of the options), she explains every treatment, both before and during, and answers any questions you may have about why she chose those treatment options.

The studio is incredibly inviting--soothing scent, comfortable lights and temperature, and a fantastic playlist of music (played at a low volume) that changes to calm nature sounds/spa music during the massage portion of the 90 minute facial.

That, combined with how light a touch Jade has, usually results in me falling asleep pretty quickly (and likely disturbing the peace with my snoring sometimes). I wake up just in time for the upper shoulder/neck massage, which always leaves me feeling loose and relaxed right up until I hit a snag of Houston traffic on the way home.

Though Jade does have some additional home use products available for sale, she has never brought them up unless I've shown interest or asked for recommendations, which I appreciate. My skin has been more glowy and resilient under her care, and she always follows up a few days after the facial to ask how your skin is doing. Which again, just points to an incredible amount of passion for skincare and impeccable customer service.

Let me start by saying Jade is the only esthetician I have ever gone back to. Not only have I gone back repeatedly since I found her but I have also booked and paid for my mother in law and fiancé to go that’s how excited I was for others to get the experience I did…And I had a few friends go and love her services as well! Seriously she is so knowledgeable and professional and ALWAYS BOOK THE 90 minute facial ALWAYS! Because then you get a mini massage too and the first time I went I thought she was a certified masseuse too! I’m not joking! So basically RUN DON’T WALK to the booking site! I had my first appointment with Jade recently, and I couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming;beautifully set up and designed to make you feel relaxed and at ease.

She was the perfect combination of professional and warm, instantly making me feel comfortable. It was clear from the start that she’s extremely knowledgeable and takes her work seriously. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions with such confidence and care.

One thing that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained everything was. Her attention to hygiene and detail made me feel completely safe and cared for.
