Wow! I was extremely impressed with the whole experience at SWEAT! When I first walked in the facility was extremely clean and smelled amazing. We were greeted and asked to sign up for an account on the iPad. Once we checked in we got a tour before our class started. Each class has a little bit of everything. Weights, body weights, stretching, interval training, sprints, cardio. Definitely like this experience sweat offers!

A very clean, beautiful, and spacious settings for a gym. The Ladies restroom is amazing - two of the three stalls are big enough to be changing rooms. There are two shower stalls too. Hair dryers. Towels. This is not a gym that you can just pop in. You go here for classes. Classes give you motivation? If that is the case, I guess the fees are not bad.

The Sweat 1000 team might be the best thing I've ever come across in my life for my health and fitness. The programs work amazing and the staff is elite. They create a space for safely working out in a tough and challenging time. I'm forever grateful for Jordan and Ana and their entire team for being there for me.

Today marked my 100th class at Sweat1000 so I now feel like I can accurately write this review.

First and foremost, I love this place and the people here. They acknowledge you and genuinely seem happy to welcome you. I am probably the least fit person at Sweat1000 and I still keep showing up because I have always felt encouraged and pushed. The point is, you can be a beginner and still be pushed here!

Secondly, this is a fantastic workout. It’s a full body HIIT workout that is split between treadmill and strength training; they now have a bike option too! I have left every single class feeling a little bit stronger and bettering my form as a result. It also helps to be surrounded by people that are incredibly strong and crushing their workouts too.

I also want to make note of the significant measures that were taken here after opening post quarantine. Classes are capped so that there’s always space between you and your peers and sanitizing before and after every class. I am sure that is not the easiest thing for them to do as a business but it is so appreciated.

Finally, this team of people is so incredible. They are diverse, intelligent and every single person holds a quality that I aspire to have. Fely, Vanessa and Ana have ALWAYS made me feel welcome; they notice when you show up and when you don’t and that’s the kind of accountability I need in my life. I love Jordan’s classes too and the fact that as the owner he interacts / acknowledges you when you walk thru that door by first name. I have had the fortune of taking classes with almost every instructor and they are all amazing. I highly recommend everyone try out this class! It is what you make of it and if you make the most of it, it is worth every...

I really love this fitness studio.

To give some context, I've tried many fitness offerings in the area, including HIIT places like SWEAT1000 (orange theory, Barry's Bootcamp, Revolution), regular gyms (24, LA, Equinox, the Preserve), yoga studios (YogaWorks, BSY), and spin studios (RYDE).

Amenities: Outstanding, comparing very favorably against the likes of Equinox and Barry's Bootcamp. The changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers are very clean and spacious.

Equipment: Excellent. Compared to Barry's Bootcamp and orange theory, there's more floor space per person, and all the weights (+medicine ball, resistance band) are laid out in front of you. You don't have to waste time grabbing weights from the wall like other HIIT studios. Also, the treadmills & weights use the metric system (a win for science).

Instructors/Staff: Friendly, fit, and helpful. Jordan (an instructor and Houston franchise owner with his wife) spent 30-60 minutes my first time and talked to me 1-on-1 about my personal fitness goals and strategies I could use in the gym.

Community: This is hard to say since the studio is new to me, but the clientele generally seem cool. I believe the studio hosts socials every month or so.

Overall, it's a great fitness studio. It's a little far for me from the Museum District, but I plan to come here every...

I LOVE OneSweat. Specifically, Marcellus’ classes. The workout is phenomenal. The instructor has great energy, is easy to understand and keeps me motivated! I personally love his music (I didn’t realize each instructor uses their own music until I tried a few different instructors). I was going once-twice a week and doing Pilates at solid core once a week and got shredded (not my intentions lol), so I’ve laid off a little bit but obviously the results were speaking for themselves! Because of the class structure I was also able to tell how much better I was getting each session (comparing how tired or not tired I was after each class and being able to increase speed on the treads & sled mode). There’s plenty of guys who attend each class, but I just wanted to also mention there’s a TON of women. So as a female these classes don’t feel so intimidating when it comes to the other patrons, and honestly the females kill it. Love this location specifically! I have been to the other one… vibes...
