Went through Drive Thru at 9:18pm, and ordered a Plate. I asked about any specials and recommendations and choose to go with the King Pao and Honey Walnut Shrimp, I paid and was told there was going to be a wait for the Honey Walnut, which I didn’t mind, and they had me pull up so they could walk it out to me. At 9:30pm, I see them cleaning up and customer’s going in and out. At 9:32pm I tried to go inside to see what was going on with my order and the door was locked and one of the workers cleaning tried to tell me they were closed. I had to hold up my receipt to the window just for him to come to the door. When I explained, I’m waiting for my order that’s when I’m told that one of the cooks did not want to prepare the honey walnut and that there was a miscommunication. OK that’s fine if there was a miscommunication, then they could’ve easily told me that they don’t have a honey walnut. Would I like something else not have me wait. One of the employees I’m not sure if that’s a manager or not convinced to cook to make the honey walnut fresh for me and I did not leave the restaurant until 9:43. I love panda express and this is my first time at this location. I’m not a fan of the interaction or experience.

It’s a place where you need to pick your food first and then pay at the register afterwards. Think about buying asian style food at a mall. This precise location is kinda small. For parties of two or three people is fine, but for large families of four, five or even six, not so much. The food tastes ok, not something out of this world, but for the prices I would expect something better and I believe I have found tastier asian-inspired food at the mall. At least everything looked clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. I would have to compare with another location or with another time in this same place to see if the food was only tasting the way it was when I visited, to change my review and give another star.

Don’t get me wrong I definitely loved this location but after a long day of work and simply craving a bowl of orange chicken and the best chow mein I was disappointed. I was completely dissatisfied I’m pretty sure they gave me literally just a bowl of 5 pieces of orange chicken and like maybe 10 actual strings of chow mein. I sat there eating nothing but cabbage. I really don’t want my money back just at least a real bowl of chow mein & idk maybe actual orange chicken ? would be nice.

I ordered two plates. Both plates I wanted two entrees and one side. The first plate: Orange Chicken, String Bean Chicken Breast, and Chow Mein Noodles. For the String Bean Chicken Breast Entree they gave me literally only four pieces of chicken and the rest of that section of the to go box was filled with string beans. On the second plate I ordered the Broccoli Beef, Beijing Beef, and Fried Rice. Once again they filled the Broccoli Beef section with all broccoli with the exception of only 3 pieces of beef. I would like to state that when a to go box has 3 sections the biggest section is supposed to be the entree and the 2 smaller sections are supposed to be for sides. Instead this company as a whole, "Panda Express," does the complete opposite. I am completely disappointed that I get more sides (noodles, rice, string beans, or broccoli ) than meat (chicken or beef). Also, there are only a few entrees to choose from. For example: Why is there not a non-spicy orange chicken. Spice should be an option. I should not be forced to eat it spicy. I should also be able to say I would prefer to not have cabbage in my noodles. I absolutely am disgusted how the food is already made. Who knows how long it sits there before they make your plate? For example, if it was made after I placed my order then I would be able to specify no spice or cabbage. The customer is always suposed to be right but this company absolutely takes away way too many of its customers' choices. Lastly, since I ordered my food at the drive thru I found it extremely disrespectful when I got to where I was going and finally settled down to eat there was no fork! If I was at McDonald's and ordered a burger and fries I wouldn't need a fork, but this meal absolutely requires a fork. How was I supposed to eat noodles...

I came by about 30 minutes ago and ordered 3 entrees

2 with mushroom chicken, & beef broccoli

And the 3rd with sesame chicken and beef and broccoli

& a large lemonade

So I finally got to the window and payed for my food in 2 separate transactions, the I was rudly handed my 2 bags of food, being rushed & told to pull forward so the next customer could pull up ..

Noticing i haven't received my lemonade i stopped before pulling forward and told the lady at the window I was missing my lemonade, not realizing THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY THIRD ENTREE OF MUSHROOM CHICKEN & BEEF BROCILI

So I then had pull back around and come back into the drive thru a second time ... received the 3rd entree

So I finally get home and start opening up the trays of food .....to find my entree a "chicken & mushroom, with beef and broccoli... with only 1 small pice of beef & 3 small peices of sesame chicken ..... it was ALL BROCILI... 😑😑😑😑😑😑 if I wanted a while head of broccoli I could of just bought one for 2$ at any local grocery store ..

I paid 19$ for Chow Maine & brocili ...

I'm never the one to leave a negative review but seriously 1 peice of meat in my beef & broccoli is very upsetting...... I'm a chef my self, at a local fine dinning restaurant & I ALWAYS provide an amazing experience in my food for our guests, I decided its best to leave a proper review so that others looking to enjoy food from this location can get a bit of insite on what to expect when ordering food from...
