The staff Is awesome there!!! They are very helpful. Heather always tries to find me the information that I need and helps me in any way that she can. She’s truly amazing! Also I attended last Thursday’s class and Elizabeth was amazing and very helpful too! These ladies go beyond what they have to do to help people like me that are new to the law library. They are very informative and they are truly dedicated to helping people. I plan to take advantage of all the free classes and resources that they offer there! I want to thank these ladies for investing their time with me and for being so patient as I try to learn and absorb as much as possible. It’s so hard these days to find great customer service anywhere, especially those that go above and beyond what they have to do to help. I’m truly blessed to have both of these ladies that care so much and are willing to help me find the resources...

I like this law library. It is usually quiet and lots of space to sit and read. You can charge your phone or computer there. Service desk personnel are very nice and helpful.

It is a great place except for the homeless people that come in. They stink up the place and I have seen two so far on two different days with their hand down their pants while using the keyboard or...

I have been dealing with the courts for a while, and some of the staff seemed very angry and unhappy. They did not assist me with simple requests, often telling me to search the internet myself. In contrast, when I called the library, Sara was incredibly helpful. She guided me on where to look and how to sift through the information, making the process much easier for me....
