SCAM ARTISTS- SELLING COUNTERFEIT LUXURY GOODS!! We purchased a supposed legitimate Cartier love bracelet with diamonds from Edwin in November. After wearing it for a bit, the bracelet was uncomfortable due to one of the pins poking out a bit too far, so we took it into Cartier on Westheimer to see if anything could be done. The sales woman noted one of the pins appeared to be bent preventing the bracelet from laying flat, and recommended we send it in for servicing, which is what we did. One week later we received notification from Cartier NY servicing facility indicating that the bracelet was “Not Original Hardware” (code for counterfeit goods) thus they refused service and would be sending it back as is. Rather than making allegations against Houston Jewelry Buyers (due to personal relationship with referral partner) we simply decided to return the bracelet to the store. After owning the bracelet for 3mo they charged a $1500 restocking fee, but at least they agreed to refund the remaining $6000 - restocking fee stings as the only reason for the return is because Cartier refused servicing due to it being counterfeit, otherwise we would have never initiated a return to begin with, lesson learned to always buy direct going forward. We agreed, they processed a $6000 refund to our credit card and we left. Now, FIVE days later, the $6000 credit still has yet to post or even show as pending to the card account. So not only are these people selling counterfeit goods, they also failed to provide any refund at all. Under no circumstances should anyone ever buy from these...

Leaving two reviews on this post since we’ve shopped here twice. I believe in honest reviews. Google doesn’t let me give 1/2 stars but I think 4.5 is more accurate of a rating.

1. wandered in this store out of curiosity. Bought a beautiful ring. They have a fantastic selection of almost anything and they do truly select quality pieces so this isn’t your regular pawn shop with low quality items. We got an AMAZING price on this ring. Now I’ve given 4 stars because our experience wasn’t the best. Employees that day weren’t in the best mood when we walked in. It wasn’t until we showed interest in buying something that the service changed. I understand this was during hurricane beryl and many people were still showing up to work running on low energy and no electricity but I do believe you still need to put your best foot forward always. However despite the little underwhelmed customer service we still came back because 2nd chances are where it’s at

2. came for Mother’s Day gift. As mentioned above they have a GREAT selection. I found a wonderful pair of earrings (actually 2 pairs but could only afford 1). This time our customer service experience was SOOO much better. We were welcomed warmly and immediately asked if we needed help. The attendant was very willing and showed us everything we asked for. However I felt our price this time was not as great as our first purchase. So was a little let down there. But despite that, we would still come back here.

This place is a real GEM in Houston! I often like the name brand items and that usually means I will be paying for it! This place is ALWAYS giving the best prices. I got this fabulous TOM FORD’s Grain Leather Buckley bag recently for an absolute fraction of the retail price! It’s stunning, in absolute mint condition. WOW! Those two guys are THE BEST! Very professional, super courteous....just outstanding people.
