I really loved this place and would drive from across town until today. I was told the wait was 15mins. No problem, that's normal wait time. I went and grabbed gas. When I came back, I noticed a customer taking a order that was identical to mine. I immediately told my friend, "that's our order." We were told they needed 5 mins. About 2 mins later, the other customer returns with our order. her order is switched out for the correct order. The guy then attempts to hand us the food that was JUST RETURNED! I ask for fresh food as I did not want to accept food that had been returned. Something said go to the side door and watch. Glad I did! they really tried to just switch out the bag and give me the same plates!!! He promised he would remake yhe food but after I witnessed him trying to just replace food that had been sent back, I was beyond furious! this is a serious health violation and I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I have travelled and lived in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Qatar and travelled to Southeast Asia and tried all the best foods and this by far the best Shawarma I had. I know ins and out of middle Eastern food so I know what I am talking about. Being the biggest food critic in my family, I can tell you that this is the best shawarma you will find in the Mid-West US. It is very delicious, perfect chicken cuts, taste, spices, potato chips with just the right amount of moist, garlic sauce. One thing which is missing is a slice of pickle and this would be next to authentic Saudi Shawarma. Next in line is the beef Taco very delicious and then the chicken rice plate. Okay so I read some of the reviews everybody rave about this place, being awesome. I looked at the pictures. I ordered the sandwich I see in the picture and it was nothing what I expected. I guess a sandwich is just the wrap the picture shows that it should come with fries as a side I didn't get the fries or side sauces. The language barrier was terrible. I took a couple of bites from my falafels wrap and the falafel balls were very burn. I do not like leaving bad reviews or comments, I just couldn't finish the wrap so I ended up going somewhere else to get falafel around the corner to another shop no names need to be thrown, but overall I think they get like a three star.
