Let me start off by saying, go read there yelp and BBB.org reciews, they have a F rating at BBB,that's gotta be enough to scare you away. The Google reviews are flooded with fake reviews to drown out the bad ones. These people will scam you, then offer 1k, for 10s of thousands of dollar repairs. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere. When we talked on the phone, I said all y'all do is lie, it turned into a yelling contest, said I never lied to you, cursing me, very unprofessional, with an angry customer, going through what I'm going through. Hate to break to it to israel, you said 2 days in a row, you'd call me back in 10 mins, never heard from you. So you lied twice! So to start yelling and cursing me and going on the defense was just to play the victim, pathetic. Then he said you have no proof, you probly blew it up. I asked for an email address to send proof and he said I'm done with this bye. Didn't want to see the proof. These crooks are unprofessional and I doubt they'll be in business much longer. Day 4 of me trying to contact the owner, always an excuse and never a call back... I'll keep trying everyday. They value feedback and care. Ignore what the "(owner)" posts at the negative comments, if they really cared, they'd email or call me back, they have my info. Don't buy a car without checking it over in person. Don't just believe what these liars tell you! We bought a 2020 Tahoe in April, had it shipped to us. I asked how it ran, how it drove, suspension, engine, how the paint and wheels were. Was told everything perfect, except you'll probly need tires, was all he told us. He was a good talker, tells you what you want to here. Paint is terrible all the way around. Dents, chips, clear coat swirls all over, front bumper, which was in a wreck, he said can't tell, has a bunch of white spots, that didn't get painted right and the bumper doesn't line up right. Wheels were all curb rashed. So we bought new wheels and tires for $3500. SUV ran like going over rumble strips, rough every where. Luckily I'm a mechanic, so I did research and found out that they have been replaced with the cheapest struts and springs. I bought all OEM struts and springs and replaced them myself, another $4000. Motor had a cold start miss, ever since we got it, I replaced plugs, wires, cleaned mass air flow sensor, new air filter, pulled throttle body off, cleaned it and replaced with a new gasket. Did everything could thing of to get rid of it the miss, never could. Now 4 months later, the engine is done for. Bought it with 68k miles, have 74k miles on it and needs a new motor now. Save your headache and buy from a real dealership, that actually checks the cars and sells with some kind of warranty. Should've said no and been a red flag, when we had to sign something saying, we're buying car as is, no returns, nothing. Don't let all the good reviews full you, I'm sure most of them are fake, to cloud out the real reviews, from people like me, that got the run around and almost now have to put a little less into it, than what we paid for the piece of crap. Would never buy think of buying from these crooks again and hope that my review will help some poor soul that they could eat alive. Very shameful, worst experience, disgusting car sales place, if you call it that. Save the headache and your money and go elsewhere please! Not sure if the 2 photos are gonna load or not, but 1 is the old springs, compared to the new OEM springs I put on, the old springs sagged down about an inch and a half or so. The other pic, is the better of the wheels, curb rash all around it. Guess it's hard to sell a car, if you are honest and answer all the questions I asked, cause we wouldn't have bought this car, if he told us everything asked him. But instead, he said, everything runs and drives smooth, paint and wheels look great, just might need tires, is what he said, no, it did need tires, not might. They should be shut down and out of business, to run a place like this, is sickening. Never met anyone, close to a crook, as bad as these...
Read moreI bought a 2019 Range Rover from this company on September 11, 2024! On September 30, 2024, the vehicle display showed that the wiper water was insufficient! Then the next day! On October 1, 2024, it was filled up! Then the vehicle showed that the coolant was insufficient while driving on October 7, 2024! As a user, the first thing to do is to add coolant! Not a professional will notice the vehicle failure! After the vehicle was filled with coolant! On October 27, 2024, the coolant was insufficient again! I thought there must be something wrong with the car! So I contacted them! They asked me to come over! Then they checked it out! They told me that it would cost $4,000 to repair the car! It would cost $4,000 to repair the car! That car is not a small problem! With such a big problem, why didn't they find the problem with the vehicle before selling it? As a dealer! When purchasing and selling used cars, they will check the entire car! Only then will they give the seller a reasonable price! If you want to sell it again, you must improve the vehicle failure problem to a qualified level! Then sell it! This is not a small problem! Such a big problem, I asked them to write a vehicle fault report for me! What problem costs 4,000 yuan to repair? The sales manager said no! Then I asked them why they charged me 4,000 yuan! I came back today to ask a friend who repairs the car to help me check it! They said the engine problem is very serious! It will cost more money! Such a big fault! Such a big problem and still selling it! What kind of behavior is this? I asked them that the user showed that the coolant was too low in less than a month after using the car! What will the user do! Will they do a full car inspection like a professional? So I will find a professional Land Rover dealer to check it again tomorrow! After getting the report, I will definitely safeguard my legal rights! Tell everyone not to choose dealers blindly! Otherwise, there is no guarantee for after-sales service! They will only say that you didn’t buy insurance! It can only mean that there was such a big problem when the vehicle was sold! So when you buy a used car in the future! You must look at the dealer and service guarantee! Either be professional yourself! Otherwise, there is no guarantee! Unless you really like this car! Then you should do a vehicle inspection! It won’t hurt yourself! Otherwise, when they sell it to you, they will tell you that this is a used car! You didn’t buy insurance! And this car was bought on September 11, 2024! The problem occurred on October 7, 2024! If all car buyers are not professionals, such a big problem cannot be detected before the sale! If the car purchased is unqualified! Will the user bear it himself? It is normal for the vehicle to have small problems! Such a big problem is that the coolant engine exhaust pipe is leaking! This is not a small problem, right? They can't help but check the problem of this car! Such a serious and big problem! In the end, the user will bear it himself! If the car has no problem within a month or the user himself is a professional, it has only traveled 2,600 miles! Such a big problem occurred in 27 days within a month! What is the reason! Is it that the dealer did not sell a qualified vehicle! Or is it the...
Read moreAvoid this dealership at all costs. They sold me a truck that needed a new engine and didn't let me know as I was buying it. Test drive went fine but once I got it home, this truck started to fall apart immediately. Brought it to my mechanic and his comments were this engine has been worked on before based off the new parts in it. Come to find out TX Auto Group bought this truck with a broken and sold it to me saying it was in great working condition. Turns out they must have bandaid'd it enough to get it sold and then ghosted me. Won't answer my calls, won't answer emails...just gone.
I'm having to file a lawsuit against them so that I can possibly recover the $15,000 it costs to replace the engine. I'm not well off so this is gonna set my family back quite a bit and we are gonna have to find a way to make ends meet.
Don't let this dealership do to you what the did to me.
Update: Since y'all are reaching back out across all platforms where I left a review trying to defend yourselves, let me go into further details about the shady actions that your dealership goes into.
Once I came back to TX Auto Group about the issues. The first option they gave me was to buy me another extended warranty plan to see if they could scam another warranty company to replace the engine that they probably knew was an issue when they bought this truck. When I told them I didn't want to go that route they decided to try and repair the truck themselves.
Once they took the truck to their affiliated repair shop TX Auto Service, they spent the first week pushing me to the back of the line behind other vehicles and came back with the diagnosis that it was a simple exhaust leak. Even after I already showed them a mechanic's report from my initial shop that I used stating it had very low oil pressure at the oil pressure switch and no exhaust leak, which is why the adjuster's solution was to replace the engine. The next possible step to fix the problem was to replace the main engine bearings. It took 4 weeks to replace them as I kept get pushed back and pushed back with the constant excuses. This was quoted previously as 16 hour job.
Another note on the loaners they gave me. First was a 2016 Toyota Tacoma, that I experienced with uncontrollable shakiness at a stop with the engine indicating bad motor mounts. Next, they gave me a 2018 Ram that was delivered and as soon as I took it to the grocery, the check engine light came on and was throwing a code indicating it was misfiring. After that was a Honda ridgeline with constant transmission error codes. So wherever, they find these vehicles they buy, they all have problems and they are trying to sell them.
After getting my truck back and being told the problem was fixed. I showed up and guess what it wasn't fixed. Still had the constant loud ticking sound while idling and on acceleration. Not only did they not fix the engine but when I picked it up the A/C wasn't blowing cold air and I checked the pressure when I got home to find it "Low". After having enough I finally traded this truck in at a $7000 loss.
Do not deal with...
