Just wanted to give a shout out to Junell & Associates and Karen Schrader in particular. As a Marine who suffers from hearing loss/tinnitus after using the issued 3M earplugs, I was more than willing to participate in the lawsuit as a complainant. From the beginning Karen (attorney) was clear and communicative about my personal case. She explained the nuances that were and were not relative and made herself available as we navigated my very large D.O.D. and VA healthcare records. And when I say “large” I’m referring to over 500 pages of multiple documents and entries.
