please check out photos!! I paid 155 for my nails, plus 50 for the two kids & I gave her a $15 tip on top of it all. I was discounted 5% for paying in cash according to her! I really do not know where to begin with this place. The inside is nice. Well kept very clean!
This place was brought to my attention through my sister who took my daughter and my niece.
I went to picked them up and was intrigued by the cleanliness and the attention they were getting by the ratio being 2 customers to one 1 tech.
It appeared as though she really cared. So of course I would go back for my own self
Fast forward to my visit...
I get there again linh appears to be very nice she gets us settled I decided to do two pedicures for my daughter and little cousin including mani for both.
I waited while the girls got pampered which of course was no issue. Being the ratio at this time was 3 customers to 2 techs.
I gathered my nail idea and showed it to her once it was turn. I asked if she could do the design I wanted.
To my avail she could do that and more. Which again had me perked up bc it’s hard to find techs who can do the designs on the internet lol.
So boom we start on my nails... this is when it goes south
She began to jerk my hand and I mean I had no tension in my arm I was relaxed and she was still jerking me and the vibe was so off it was as if she didn’t want to do my nails...
I’m not sure but it was bad she was talking to me I’ll mannered and everything to the point I had to tell her if you don’t want to do my nails you don’t have to I’ll pay for the kiddos and you can take these tips off.
She quickly changed her tuned and apologize and kept saying that’s how she talk... however I am a new customer the tone she as taking with me is not how you should talk as a business owner.
At the end of it all I believe she thought I didn’t have the funds to pay her. She even asked why did I want to get so much stuff done which could be an innocent question.
However once my nails were done guys it got worse even though I showed her the picture of what I wanted she forgot it was ombré in the nail and when I told her she got an attitude.
Well nails got done after 2 hours literally two hours on my nails and you would think they would be as straight as a ruler right!?!? Well wrong!!!!!
These are by far the worse set of nails I’ve ever had lol & I do mean ever omg!!!!
First and far most she made my cuticles boxed that’s right boxed square shaped cuticles
Also she filed my nail or put it so on so crooked I could see my actually nail on the side once the acrylic was applied to two of them.
Two severely crooked nails omg. After asking her to correct the issue that too was a problem. Oh it was corrected by adding more acrylic to the side of my nail to cove my actual nail showing. It looks horrible!
I got a butterfly design like the transparent design that gets applied to your nail.
Well she didn’t know how to apply it and I mean I got it on two nails and two toes and each time it took her 15 minutes and 20 lip smacks to figure out how to apply it.
I mean it’s so messed up the butterflies started coming back off the transparent parent in pieces onto my nails. And what did she do? Cover it up with another broken wing she couldn’t take off.
If you look at my nails you can not find one whole butterfly they are all pieces of wings and antennas and body parts!!
Also on the nail with the butterfly design it’s like she didn’t shape the nail well enough or clean the excess acrylic off bc it’s a permanent side blob stuck under my nail. On both hands might I add.
My cuties have not been cleaned it’s dried acrylic everywhere.
Once I was getting my pedicure I got the deluxe for 45 + 15 for shellac.
Mind you lost nail shops have a list of pedicures to pick from while she has regular and deluxe.
Moral of the story...
Read moreRegrettably, I must highlight the significant shortcomings in the skills and conduct of the male technician assigned to my nail deluxe massage. His approach was notably rough and lacked the necessary finesse. He displayed a lack of precision, cutting my cuticles excessively low, resulting in discomfort, and bruising. This experience fell far below the standard of care expected for a lux nail spa.
Furthermore, the technician's disregard for cleanliness and product control was evident. The excess product was not only wasted but also inadvertently transferred onto my clothing, causing additional inconvenience and frustration.
Equally disheartening was the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff, including the ladies on site. Their rudeness and lack of respect towards customers tarnish the reputation of the establishment. Additionally, it is deeply concerning to learn that the supervisor engages in conversations in Vietnamese that may create a negative atmosphere and undermine customer trust.
Moreover, the lack of attentiveness and basic amenities is concerning. The absence of slippers and assistance during the drying process is an oversight that compromises the overall customer experience. These elements are essential for ensuring comfort and demonstrating attention to detail.
Considering the subpar service and the issues mentioned, I find it difficult to endorse this establishment to others. As someone who values professionalism and exceptional customer service, I believe it is essential to share this feedback in the hope of prompting improvements for future patrons.
I trust that this feedback will be taken seriously, leading to necessary introspection and corrective actions within this...
Read moreThis shop is not the one to try out even it is convenient. My pedicure was good, but the lady who did my full set does not need to be doing nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & was going to vocalize a couple of differences once we reached that point, but she completely disregarded the design. She did not take the time to pay attention & tried to blame it on me when I brought up the design. I don’t understand why anyone would show a picture of a design wanting something similar & the nail tech interpret that is only wanting the main color in the picture. Not only that, her quality of work is not good! The pics is how my nails looked when I left. The nails were filed unevenly and the simple design still wasn’t properly done after the lady had to partially start over. Let’s not talk about how the manager tried to overcharge me & couldn’t even explain the price. I broke down the nail services - including the extras that they specified to me ($5 for coffin, $10 for design) - and it added up to $60 but somehow the manager was trying to say $70. Then she thought she was doing me a favor by taking $5 off to make it $60, which still didn’t logically explain how she tried to say $70 if that would’ve really originally been $65. Granted, I wanted a v-line (finer tip) rather than the French tip in the pic; however, it shouldn’t be $5 extra to have a thinner line meaning LESS PRODUCT being used. It made no sense at all. I guess I will just have to deal with this for my vacation, but...
