I recently have been blessed with the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that the experience was made enjoyable thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of the hotel's front desk staff members. From the moment we arrived, this individual went above and beyond to ensure our stay got off to a smooth start.
Despite a slight delay in preparing our room, Siane exhibited remarkable kindness and patience throughout the entire process. Their warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put us at ease, making the wait much more tolerable. They took the time to explain the situation to us, providing regular updates on the progress and assuring us that they were doing everything possible to expedite the room preparation.
Moreover, this staff member had an exceptional ability to multitask efficiently and effortlessly. Despite a constant stream of guests seeking assistance, they never wavered in their commitment to providing us with exceptional service. They skillfully managed their time, ensuring that each guest received the attention they deserved without making anyone feel rushed or neglected.
In conclusion, I would like to express my utmost gratitude towards this exceptional front desk staff member. Their kindness and patience during our wait for the room were truly commendable. Their dedication to providing excellent service, coupled with their warm and welcoming demeanor, made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this individual to anyone seeking a seamless and delightful hotel experience.
Our room bathroom does smell of extreme mold. The room has zero trashcans. The cleaning staff has forgotten to refill our soap everyday, and we were given dirt...
Read moreYour lower end (but not in price) basic hotel. Breakfast is basic (along the lines of cold cereal, eggs and sausage, make your own waffle, yogurt, fruit, hot cereal, muffins) but fine and is included in the price (they do not serve other meals). Shuttle (here for medical) isn't big enough and you can get left behind at both ends. Make sure you sign up the night before for the shuttle so you can actually leave for appointments when you need to rather than have to wait for the second trip. Driver though is nice. Cable cuts in and out (front desk claims because it is raining that is why no cable, but it cut out on me more than once earlier today when it wasn't raining), some stations they say they get they do not (and they don't get all that many but then again I didn't come here to watch TV although it would be nice it it actually worked in the rain). They blamed it on the satellite and claimed it was the only service they could get in Houston. Really? Internet is fine. Parking is not free. Parking is behind a locked gate which is good. Parking spots are very narrow so watch the big trucks/SUV's and where they have parked because if they aren't careful it can be tough to get in your car door. The microwave is fine, the mini fridge doesn't really get all that cold and does not have a freezer. While some people might care (I don't as I sure don't clean that often at home) they only clean rooms every other day. The weight/fitness room right now is "out of order.". The A/C gets the room cold enough. Not enough lighting in the room and the small window doesn't let in much either. So far the people at the front desk have...
Read moreI am a lifetime Diamond member with Hilton! This property experience was the worst I have had since joining the Hilton family in 2006. I never write a review but this one people need to know. I stayed for 2 night on the 5th floor, morning of check out the elevator was broken. There were no signs what so ever on the 5th floor. While I was waiting, 2 elderly individuals came to wait. I ended up calling the front desk, lady stated that the elevator is broken and there is no ETA as to when it will be fixed. I asked her to help because I have a twisted ankle with luggage so I can catch my flight. And 2 other people who can barely walk. I don’t think the words can describe how bad her response was. She said there is nothing she can do. I ended up dragging my luggage down the stairs for 5 floors and 2 other individuals went down one step at a time making their way down. It was so bad! Once I made it down, I asked her to put signs on each floor. She said well there is a garbage can holding the door on the 1st floor. How would a person on the 5th floor know that? I have pictures to prove that. Worst when I asked her to help me get ice, she said it’s all the way at the end of the hallway. Dragging down 5 floors made my ankle worst. I missed my flight and she was so rude. I don’t know where is common sense or simply compassion in people these days. This was a hazardous situation and this hilton should be shut down. It was dirty and nasty on top of that. I understand that elevators break, signs should be put on and the management team needs to take this serious. I’ll never stay at a hilton after this experience, it...
