UPDATE: Iām in your store right now and getting the run around here as well. No one is willing to assist. They just want me to send emails, which I already have and have not gotten a response. Definitely going to BBB and AG next.
I purchased the Oasis sectional and many other items from Living Spaces when I first moved to Texas a few months ago. Iāve spent over $10k in furnishing my home with them. Mind you, Iām from the furniture industry and held a high position with a furniture retailer in the north east before moving here. I purposely purchased the Oasis sectional with Crypton fabric because Iām well aware of the fabricās abilities and durability. I also purchased the protection plan on the sectional. Few months in I had some family visiting with young kids. Along with my kids and my nieces, there was a crayon accident. All good because I know Crypton fabric can be easily cleaned. But nope, not on this sectional from Living Spaces. The stain did not come out, so I submitted a warranty claim. It took a few weeks for a tech to come out who was not able to get the stain out either. I was told Iād get an email or a call with a resolution but neither happened. I had to call in and was told my claim is declined because the stains were accumulated. Again, Iām from the industry, I know how claims work. The stains were not accumulated and I submitted the claim as soon as the stains occurred and I couldnāt get it out myself.
As I was speaking the rep, he was dismissing and not helpful. Clearly reciting the memorized script and not empathetic or willing to help. I asked to speak to a manager with the customer care rep and he would not pass me through and then hung up on me.
I got an amazing experience when I made the purchase, but when it came to the care after to keep me as a customer, Living Spaces did not keep up a good experience.
Iāll be going in to the store now to speak to one of your leaders to assist. But until this is resolved, you get a 1 star from me and this negative review. If your store canāt help, Iāll file a complaint with the AG and BBB.

She is so genuine, easy going, and not at all pushy. It was a breath of fresh air because our first two times in the store we were BOMBARDED every two seconds by super pushy, needy, overbearing sales associates. Becca was the complete opposite. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect couch. Not only did she take me to see each couch I had on my list one by one, but she got such a good sense of our taste, that she actually showed us the couch we ended up buying (not originally on our list). She is so knowledgable about the furniture, fabrics, and styles. I learned so much from working with her, and it truly made me feel even more confident in our couch/fabric selections. Becca was so patient with us because we actually went into the store about 4-5 times over the course of a month or two because we wanted to feel really confident in our purchase. Each time we came in, Becca greeted us so warmly and remembered what we had seen/discussed the previous visits. So awesome! We came in the day after opening greeted by friendly staff, chose our furniture for our daughters ābig girl room makeoverā dropped over 3k, was offered same day delivery because it was in stock or to wait until Nov, 29 and get 50 extra off. Not being in a rush we chose for the 29th. I asked 50x if the items were all in stock and would be delivered at the same time in which their staffās response was: āyes it was and it will be āeach time I asked. Fast forward to the 29th, no email or calls telling me that part of theāin stockā bed wasnāt in stock and that nothing would be delivered. I found this out by calling their one and only corporate phone number( asking why I havenāt received a call or update on my delivery for today). The person I talked to from ācorporate ā never called me back on my issue so I proceeded to go to the baybrook location, where their staff were like careless zombies about their mistake and offered bare minimum but to return the delivery fee and that the order was not going to be delivered until at least middle of December. Mind you, I had someone coming Nov 29th (ādelivery dayā)to take my daughters old furniture and also taken off work that day because the delivery time window is wide.
