Saint Lo Boutique — Local services in Houston

If I could leave this place 100 stars, I would. This is coming from someone that passionately hates shopping in-person & has purchased everything from clothes to food to vehicles online for almost 10 years. UNTIL, one magical day, when a strange force lured me into SAINT LO. It was love at first sight. Yes, the clothes are absolutely incredible - they are unique, they are thoughtfully selected, they have great price points, are beautifully displayed with complimentary pieces, etc. Then there is the staff - the owners (a gorgeous power couple that go by 'Lindsay' and 'Skye') are both the kindest, most personable people I have ever met. They will pour you a glass of champagne and engage in some story time while you shop, and Lindsay even packed up her car and made HOME DELIVERIES to brighten customer's days in the midst of the COVID nightmare. They REALLY care about their customers, they go to extra lengths to provide the best service possible (again, the home delivery example, special ordering sizes, incorporating customer feedback into company events, the list goes on) - and they are authentic, hilarious, and just wonderful people that I have witnessed treat all customers/employees/friends equally - and with great respect and care. The staff they hire is always 10/10. Over the years, three have even provided me with a personal contact, and provide 'fashion consultations' at any hour of the day, seven days a week! They are THE sweetest, most informed, beautiful, charming group of girls I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. No one is pushy, and they provide honest feedback: not just trying to shove sales down your throat. Saint Lo could be listed as a boutique, a personal therapist, and a 'happy place' or 'playground for adults,' all in one. Cheers...

Very disappointed with the customer service here. When a couple walked in, the employee warmly offered them water, beer, and champagne. However, when I entered—along with two other girls—we were not offered anything. I overheard the employee offering drinks to the couple, so I asked if I could have something to drink. She only offered me water (which I would have chosen anyway), but the unequal treatment was upsetting.

What’s more frustrating is that we actually came in with the intention of purchasing a dress my mother-in-law had tried on previously. The employee was unaware of this at the time. Despite being in my neighborhood and carrying many of the same brands I can find elsewhere, I won’t...

This quick “SPECIAL” shout-out goes to Saint Lo Boutique (Lindsay and her EXCEPTIONAL staff), where every shopping trip is an AMAZING experience. The store, its vibe and new location are INCREDIBLE. Lindsay and her staffs customer service skills, attention to detail and knowledge of the stores inventory is top-rate. Everyone takes their job serious and treats each customer with such immense respect and that factor alone is to be broadcasted.
