Anthropologie — Local services in Houston

I generally have a great to okay experience here but today, 3.17.2023, my cashier was awful. I told her I will give her one return at a time but she didn't listen and started grabbing all the return slips off the counter. She was so frazzled. I asked where the slips from the countertop were and she snapped at me and loudly and firmly said: you need to be patient and stop distracting me. Everyone nearby looked and I was publicly humiliated. Moreover, she blamed me for her stressful feelings. I reiterated that I had asked her to do the returns one by one and to stop grabbing the slips from the countertop. At the end, she seemed very upset and I asked if she was okay but she ignored me until the third time I asked and then she finally responded and said no and that she was going to get into trouble for returning an older order. I showed her my email stating the items were only delivered 3.7.23 because they were on backorder but she continued to say sure, it's fine, I'll just get into trouble. I honestly don't know what was going on with her but she was definitely blaming me everything. What happened to her at this store to cause her to be so afraid and frazzled? Was she already in trouble or something? I hope she gets to slow down and relax soon. But at the same time, customers still don't deserve to be treated poorly and blamed for her feelings. My bestie, Katrina and I, spent an afternoon shopping and playing dress up. I cannot express how happy this visit made me. I'm a guest in this town of Houston, TX and the staff really assisted me during my entire visit, fetching different sizes, styling some of the items I liked, providing refreshments as needed, etc. As a current patient at MD Anderson Cancer Center, it is sometimes difficult to find a lot happiness. Well, the team at this Anthropologie knocked it out of the park. I want to personally thank Dee, Meredith, Rachel, Sara, and Tara. And girls, I put you in alphabetical order so as not to single any one in particular out! Y'all were fantastic and kind and so generous with your time; I really could cry over how good you made me feel. So a thousand thank yous to you all. And corporate Anthropologie...this is to you - please let these ladies know how much they meant to me! And to Google readers, this Anthropologie is the best Anthropologie I have EVER visited (and I have been to quite a few in my travels!). If you visit no other store, run to this one, you will not...

One of my favorite place for variety of things. Jewelry, clothing and decor items. I feel I came to a one stop shop for everything place.

Every time I'm here I will try to buy something simply because their stuff is too cute to resist. But if you go to their on sale section, that's where I found the best deals.

Their Bedding stuff probably most popular yet expensive. But sometimes I see them in different TV shows for teens so you know they are popular.

I love their candle collections, they are always so different in a great way. From the design to its smell I'm pretty sure you ladies can find something you like.

Last couple of years I've fell in love with their earrings. The quality is pretty bad but the design is very pretty and unique. Can't control myself not to buy but you can always return it back if it didn't workout. Lol.
