Iām disappointed to leave an unpleasant review about this place. It was the closest juice place to me so I went. When I walked in I wasnāt greeted for at least 5 minutes. I ended up having to yell for someone. The person that came from the back was cool. My drink however was horrible. I ordered the punta Paloma which was listed to have strawberry orange mango lime dates and maybe pineapple in it. I tried it as I walked to my car and immediately turned back around to go check the ingredients because the smoothie was EXTREMELY bitter. I basically let 3 people know I didnāt like it and would like to exchange for something else. All three of them looked at me like I was a ghost or something. After about 6 minutes and 4 staff members not knowing what to say or do a manager finally comes out and says thereās no refunds or exchanges, which I didnāt see posted anywhere in plain sight or near the register or on the screen before purchase. Another 5 to 6 minutes of going back and forth with the manger about not being satisfied with my drink and all she kept saying is she could try to fix it. I didnāt want the same drink. It literally tasted like rancid citrus. Nothing else. I asked if I could just exchange for a juice that was already bottled & She stated she would have to call her boss but he would most likely say the same thing about not exchanging or refunding which I feel isnāt right considering the type of business this is. The manager finally agreed to make a different smoothie but because of the service I received and the quality of the first drink i received I did not want another smoothie and a refund wasnāt an option so she finally just let me exchange for the super berry lemonade which tasted better than the smoothie for sure. Although I feel like the staff could have handled the situation better, itās not their fault at all. They all seemed very timid & maybe even afraid of their boss based off of their body language. I definitely wonāt be returning or recommending the company...

Once we first set this up we were told by a gentleman after we asked what the fee was to deliver..."oh just tip me, I can even just deliver one bottle." We were amazed! Then our whole team began to order. We had several orders where items were forgotten, we are charged more because they WILL NOT get a card reader and typing in our card numbers automatically charges us fees, we get some items smashed and ingredients left off, however we still ordered because the products are great. Then after we have all spent hundreds of dollars we get a reply from the delivery guy that we can no longer order due to not having a 200 order minimum each time. Just last week we had an order that totaled about $140 and there was no issue. This week we ordered $120 and there is an issue. CONSISTENCY IS KEY AND ALL WE ASKED FOR!! We were one of the first companies that did group ordering, and this was expressed by the gentleman mentioned above. Now all of a sudden this huge change and now they decided to make us pay $3.00 per person. We all recognize and accept change, however why loose business with a customer at which our order continues to grow AND we all send customers to the actual store. This is so unappreciated as it was expressed to us several times that there would absolutely no delivery fee charged to us because we have been such great customers. We all also tip even when the delivery guy pulls up and says "my phone got disconnected on the way over because my bill didn't fall within my pay period." Going forward I will only purchase from the store if I am in the area...super sad because I love this place but going above and beyond for customer service is lacking in...

When I first walked in, the place had a very funny smell...I should've just walked out. I stayed since I was already there. I asked the lady about some of the ingredients since I can't really have sugar unless it's natural and she begins to tell me everything is natural sugars, I probably asked about 3 or 4 times and she said there's no added sugars in anything. I ordered 3 items, hot chocolate, a frosty and a acai bowl. Which I've ordered many times from other places...where it is literally just acai. Here it is not that and I found out the hard way. As I took the 1st bite, i noticed it was extremely sweet. I went to the counter where the lady was nowhere to be found...waited a bit then rang the bell. Began to explain that it had added sugar and she said oh well that's how it is, so not only did she lie to me...she said well I can't refund you its our policy. I spent well over $33 even tipped her and so I asked for another bowl so I can at least scoop the fruit out since I wasn't getting refunded and she looked at me like I was stupid and shook her head like no, I said well at least a cup and she said o yah I can give you a cup. She gave me the cup and went back to the back to hide back there like she had been doing the whole time. Horrible customer service, weird smelling environment, and lies about the only all natural...
