The barista stopped in the middle of my order and started talking to another employee. She told me she didn’t know how to make a salted caramel cream cold brew. She suggested I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew because she knew how to make that drink. Changed her mind and Then insisted that she would like to try to make a salted caramel cream cold brew for me and that if she got it wrong she would make something else. She made it wrong, insisted I taste it first, and by that point I was over the situation and walked away with a drink that wasn’t even a legitimate attempt at a cream cold brew. Kaylee and the older lady I believe her name is Virgina are very rude . After just asking about the eta of a mobile order that was placed 20 minutes prior to my arrival and still not ready . Virgina got very offensive and disrespectful with her tone to customers as well as myself . Kaylee tried to intervene but instead of listening to what was truly going on she mad things worse raising her voice and over talking the customer . I keep reading glowing reviews about two ladies who operate this Starbucks in the mornings. Well unfortunately my experience wasn't with them. I visited this location a little before noon on a Saturday. The man working the Starbucks didn't appear to know how to make any of the drinks and had to keep confirming what goes in them (yes, a latte does include espresso). Inevitably he still managed to screw up our drinks so bad that we had to go to another location.
