I had to call in an order, i wanted a big dinner box but they said they didnt have cinnamon sticks i could have pasta or wings or w cookie. Get there, and they had lost someones order, it looked dirty and grimy, and they handed me a triple treat, without the box it comes with of course. They did have cinnamon sticks and big dinner boxes i saw them, so dont order over the phone. I ordered a two meat topping and a cheese, cheese sticks, and a cookie. Got home handed it to the kids and went to bed, in the morning i find out there was no cheese pizza there was another one with meat, and the breadsticks were given to us hard and old so they werent edible, which means they didnt want to make fresh breadsticks and just used some that had been sitting for awhile. Also the crust was completely bare they didnt brush it with the crust stuff when it came out like theyre supposed to. I call today to ask for a refund for the cheese i didnt get and the sticks i couldnt eat. I was told that that was yesterday afternoon, and this is this morning so i couldnt get a refund and there was nothing they could do for me, since it was after midnight the next day. I dont believe it was the manager because they would have the authority to give a refund, or somethin, to ensure good customer service, but she insisted to me many times that was outside of her abilities. So i don’t appreciate the lying. And she didnt ask me to bring in my receipt and the pizzas for proof, just said “we cant do anything”. So dont order from here, theyll just give you whatever they dont care about quality, and they dont care if it was their fault or you have proof, dont expect customer service in the least. And i have worked at a pizza hut before, it is entirely up to the managers discretion to give you a refund or not, do not let these people lie to you. She said it was because it was the next day, but then i guess if i get a pizza at 11pm and call the next day to say it wasnt right theres nothing you can do? Sounds ridiculous but it must be the case because not once did she ask me when it was picked up, other than to confirm it was yesterday. Im aggravated beyond words to have had to pay for something that was poor quality, and then things that i didnt even receive.

Read more---PLEASE PEOPLE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE --- I usually never do a a review but I just had to do it for this place I never order from Pizza Hut but my friend told me they had a large any toppings for $10 so I ordered a pizza and wings at 6:42 walked inside the store @ 7:09. The cashier charged me for what I had ordered he was wondering around after trying to find something while I was waiting standing in the pick up window I heard a lady say that's not the $10 box you have to switch it to this box which was a bigger box when they switch the pizza into the bigger box 3 employees grabbed the pizza with there hands with no gloves or anything on & I was thinking to my self seriously Why would they grab a pizza with no gloves and then 3 of them grabbing the pizza everywhere to switch to a bigger box(it was 2 guys and a women) one of the guys did see me that I was looking at them and said wait the customer is looking over here so they grab a pizza spatula at this point I honestly though that was my pizza I told the cashier when he came back "if that's my pizza please refund me my money back" his answer was " No, that's not your pizza I just went to the back to see if your wings where ready" I was like "oh okay" so he handed me my pizza and wings and I asked for some ranch & he said it's .50 cents I told him " yes, It's fine" well he goes to the back to grab the ranch and tells the lady the girl saw y'all grabbing the pizza with y'all hands and she scream from the back " I don't care my hands where clean" so I scream " It does not matter you should always wear gloves plain and simple" at this point I tell the guy when he comes back can I please just get a refund and so he went to the back and grabbed another guy to do my refunds so the guy comes to the counter to do my refund, & then the lady comes out and tells me m'am that pizza is mine that's why we grab it with our hands but like come on now why in the world would you lie about that being your pizza like If I had not heard you that the box was the wrong size if it was your pizza I don't see a reason for them switching the pizza box. Read moreAfter an hour and a half of waiting for our pizza we called to find out it was still at there. We went to pick it up, and they already left with the pizza. We got back to our hotel an theres no pizza. We left notes on the online order to call when in lobby. No one knows where our driver or our pizza is.
I tried this place AGAIN thinking it would be different ordering at lunch instead of at dinner time, and I dont like Dominos wings. I waited an hour and a half before my food got here. I went to the lobby 10 minutes after I received a text that my order left because google maps showed NO traffic and travel time to only be 7 minutes. We still waited 30 minutes from the time it left the store for it to get to us, right around the corner. When the order finally got here, it was WRONG. Different type of wings, and different amount of wings than ordered. (6 traditional vs 8 bone out).
Considering Im getting free wings for todays mistakes, and my boyfriend is getting free pizza for last nights mistakes I dont understand how the store is profitable.
Also, they need to be taught soft skills. While the girl over the phone was helpful, and is fixing the problem, there was no closing to the phone call. Example: "Is there anything else I can get you? Ok, have a nice day. Thanks for choosing Pizza Hut. Bye." She said "It will be about 45 minutes, were backed up." Then she hung up.
An hour and 43 minutes later my free wings get here. I have 7 wings with the wrong sauce....
