The ambience of their lobby was the nicest part of their experience. The rest was not what I anticipated at all. I regret not taking before pictures, because my forehead had lots of irregularities it didn’t have before. When I expressed my concern, the “consultant” was a horrible gaslighter saying that my skin had the same spots before even though I showed her pictures of me the day before. She blamed the quality of my picture. She was extremely rude. There receptionist was nice and person giving the facial was nice, but the person giving the consultation needs to be fired. She was horrible. I will never be back and strongly recommend not going here. The guy before me complained to me they misquoted him on the price. Two dissatisfied customers back to back makes me understand why they had to run a special just to be able to get us to go there.

In addition it was supposed to be a 60 minute facial. I was still in the front area in the video marked at 10:13a and I left the place at 11:02a. The more I reflect on this experience the more...

Absolutely not worth the $70 facial special they are running to get people in. The facial was fine, it’s 35 mins and 10 mins LED. Then you are brought into another room where 2 women start their pushy sales tactic on getting you to buy anything. It starts with a $5,000 handheld device that they force to demonstrate on you. After demonstrating and spilling the cream on my shirt I said no thank you. Then it went to $2500, then to offering me the previous years model for $1500. Then it was buy a $300 facial get one free. It felt like a time share sales pressuring meeting instead of a relaxing spa experience. Don’t waste your time and money here. If they were good they wouldn’t have to harass people to get them...

I had a full facial done and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The specialist took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed. My skin feels incredibly fresh, clean, and rejuvenated.

The entire team was helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. I mentioned concerns about my neck starting to sag, and they recommended a great product along with a monthly facial plan. I truly appreciated the thoughtful guidance.

As someone who doesn’t wear much makeup and is mindful of aging, this visit made me feel confident, refreshed, and glowing. I left looking and feeling better than I have in a long time....
