Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Upon entry, I was not greeted. Trust me I know. I was the only customer at the time. The employee, who didn’t have a name tag on at the time of my visit, gave off a nasty attitude. I didn’t understand why she had an attitude when I was literally the only customer at the time. Now I usually would match energy but in this case I was on my delivery route & I was starving so I looked passed it. But that’s not what this review is about!!! My order was $19 & some change! I told her to keep the receipt but I noticed she placed my receipt on the “DoorDash/togo order rack behind the register. NOW TELL ME WHY NOT EVEN 20 minutes later I GET AN ALERT FROM MY BANK THAT I WAS CHARGED $22. ❗️SHE BASICALLY WROTE HER ON TIP ON THE RECEIPT❗️ now if im not mistaken that’s called stealing .❕❕NO GREETING, ATTITUDE, AND YOU ARE A THIEF… come on...

This is hands down the worst Subway I've ever been to, they don't carry black olives or onions because they don't have enough customers and they're salt and pepper is 90% salt. The bread is always stale, I once asked for soup which they heated up in the microwave at the time of the order. When I asked when they would have black olives and onions again, the cashier told me when they have enough customers. This Subway should function just as any other Subway if they want to put the brand logo in the window. Go to another location if you can. This place is gross. Completely ruined sandwich with tons...

First off the establishment in the dinning area was dirty, one employee was mopping the floor and had not even swept the floor yet. Mopping food was what he was doing. Far as the food, the tuna was dry as the dessert ground and they give you very little. Then to add injury to insult another employee had some gloves on and was fooling with the bathroom door trying to open it and then went to fooling with the food with the same gloves on.. How nasty is that? They have lazy nasty people working there and management is sorry also. Will never go back...
