Nick was super duper excellent! I am very satisfied with the service and how Open House Real Estate Photography conduct business. I was referred to more than 3 other businesses before I found OPEN HOUSE REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY on google. Trying to reach the others was a real pain by call or text , their fees were way over the top , plus not being flexible at all for scheduling.

When I dialed Nick , phone was answered promptly, I was given details and made process booking easy. He was even open to take the pictures on Xmas day to accommodate. He told me i could hold on to payment until I receive the pictures. I was then SUPER CONFIDENT 🤗 that work will be excellent . He gave me 48hrs to deliver pictures but beat the timeline , that is what you call SERVICE !!! 😀

PICTURES WERE AVAILABLE THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY!! I was pleased at the work and certainly didn’t expect to get them that fast!! WOW!! When I didn’t acknowledge receipt of pictures the same day from the link he sent, Nick resent them about 2 more times using different storage media drive. I appreciated that I didn’t have to dig through my email and made them easily available for me to save on my preferred drive.

The best part is this! 💃🏻I put pictures up at 11:56pm and GOT AN OFFER 10k 😁ABOVE ASKING the next day at 8:12 am before any showing was made . 35+ showing requests the same day that aller couldn’t accommodate all. 7 offers by the end of the day Home wasn’t stage at all for marketing , seller still lived in there with family but NICK DID A VERY EXCELLENT JOB! pictures alone marketed the home.

So far my experience with open house has been great. Hannah the property agent was alway available to answer my questions, even while my application was still pending! It took 3 days to approve which I feel is reasonable and standard. The house is absolutely lovely. Everything new and renovated. I love older homes ( somewhat older it’s not really that old 🙂) that have been renovated inside. I’m sure it had previous tenants but you would never know! I saw a ton of homes before finding this gem and the pictures grossly misrepresented the current condition. That in my opinion is a reflection of the landlord. This house not only matched the photos, it was better! I’m very please so far with customer service and responsiveness and super excited to move into our new home! Thanks Hannah and Open house! I just wish we could move in sooner. 😉

The photographer was extremely knowledgeable and professional, ensuring clear communication throughout the entire project. They were punctual and even rearranged their schedule to meet a tight deadline. The website is user-friendly, and the price I paid was much lower than the competition for a 6,660-square-foot house.
