I had to change my review today. I go and eat regularly there with my husband, and we always have 2 full meals and deserts for him. We do it maybe once or twice a week. But today I had to write something about this place. What the heck is going on there??? Who’s hiring the personnel??? Are they having any kind of training??? They are ALL foreigners, very difficult to understand them, and their service is completely horrible. I went today and the cashier took my order, she was extremely rude, gave me the bag with the food to go, didn’t ask if I wanted something else, didn’t give me ketchup, napkins, nothing, and when I ask for a pack of salt, she didn’t even look at me, ignored me totally and I had to go and get my stuff somewhere else. SERIOUSLY 😒 what’s going on with my favorite chain of Hamburgers from my lovely TEXAS??? Please, I hope the managers or someone reads these reviews because if the service don’t change, we might be going to eat somewhere else and as you know, hamburgers are not the best for your health anyway, but once or twice a week, probably is $40+ dollars, that your business will lose. So, maybe thats the sign to stop 🛑 eating whataburger for good!

Read moreAvoid this location at all cost if you're going through the drive-thru. This year management has decided to force their customers to park at the front of the restaurant's double doors in order to receive their food from the drive-thru. Two people have nearly backed up into me as they were trying to back out of their parking spots. It's not their fault since I was forced by staff to park there. The restaurant is in direct violation of the City of Houston's Driveway Geometrics since they are adding obstruction to those who are parked. It would within the driver's rights to seek legal action against the restaurant in the event of an accident since 90 degree parking spots require a minimum of 24' of unobstructed space. Having a vehicle parked in the aisle cuts that space to about 18'. Either the restaurant needs to stop this drive around nonsense or repaint the parking spaces to 60 degrees angle of parking that will only require 18' of unobstructed space.
Either way, I will no longer come back to this location after years and years as a repeat customer. Some of the staff is just sassy and snappy. Manager Adrian was extremely concerned about drive thru numbers but did not care about customer service on the inside.
Every single person that ordered their meal before I got there order and left. Manager Adrian excuse was that chicken is prepared ahead of time and is just sitting on a hot plate warm.
That was not the only thing ordered. Standing by the door.
Customers came in ordered other menu items and were quickly served and left.
Also complete lack of attention to detail. When requested a refund for service never received. Manager Adrian punched buttons on POs and completely disregard or something just walked away.
I was there left waiting for my money. Then turns around and says my refund will go back to my card.
Either she failed to refund the correct order or didn't care to look at payment method because I paid cash.
Complete lack of respect for customers that are not of the same culture.
Definitely advise not to visit this location and try other better customer service oriented Whataburger restaurants.
