Google mapped us to Tiny Boxwoods so it was a little confusing at first, but there is parking available at Milk and Cookies behind the bakery. It’s ADA accesible with handicapped parking, also. This place is adorable with a walk-up window and plenty of blue and white marketing to understand what they’re selling. I was greeted warmly by someone at the window as I walked up. He explained to me what the sugar cookies looked like by showing me the plate they keep at the window. I ordered three chocolate chip cookies and a sugar cookie to take home to my family. I ordered the ice cream cone for myself. The ice cream was served to me at another window around the corner from the order window. It was delicious. Ice cream is my favorite food and this totally hit the spot. There are huge pieces of chocolate chip cookie in the vanilla ice cream. You really will not have any craving to eat a cookie after having this ice cream. The cookies were perfect, too. I ate it before I got a picture, but they’re a little bigger than my palm with crispy edges and a soft chewy middle. There are plenty of chocolate chunks to provide the right balance and ratio to cookie. The cookie is made with both white and brown sugar so it’s sweet, but not overwhelming. I like how this place was simple and easy. It’s great for a date, afternoon walk with family, snack or sweet treat after a meal.

Nice spot for dessert and coffee to-go (or if you're lucky, they have two tables with chairs outside for you to sit and enjoy). Here you can get their famous cookies (the OG cookies from Tiny's Boxwoods restaurant down the street). It delicous and freshly baked. They also have some really good ice cream options, pastries, lattes, and drip coffee. Lots of pastries too! All are quality/specialty items and freshly prepared. My order: sugarfree vanilla latte with oatmilk, one "tiny" scoop of Vanilla Caramel Crunch ice cream, and a brownie. All delicous. By the way, the "tiny" scoop portion was a perfect amount for me- basically one scoop. The enviroment was nice, I like the setup & art- feels local, authentic, but also feel like an "exprience". Upscale hole in the wall/lemonade stand vibes. Service: omg the staff is so kind and professional! I was able to sample to help make my choice. I loved how they offered sincere recommendations when asked and they were just so respectful and kind. 100% recomment a visit. Also a perfect spot to go to with friends. There was a line but we didnt mind at ALL. It was clearly worth the wait. Recently vsited late afternoon on a Saturday (Novemeber 2023).

I recently place an order for pick up over the phone for 2 dozen cookies. I called twice -- first call was to place my order, 2nd call was a week before the event to confirm and it sounded like they couldn't find my order. So I played a long and just placed another order and re-gave them my information. I was then asked if i'd like to pay in person or over the phone. I opted to do it over the phone because I was having another person picking the order up. After giving the employee my card information, she made me a little uncomfortable and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I told her I wanted to leave that to the discretion of the person picking the order up since I wouldn't be able to be there to judge the customer service or product. She said that it wasn't possible unless I have the person picking up pay. I felt pressured and left a tip, it's no big deal, if I were the one picking up the order in the end, I would have done that anyway. It was just uncomfortable to be put on the spot that way.

The day of pick up (11/11), my friend arrives for the order and for some reason there was some miscommunication. The cashier asked for the name of the order and when my name was said, someone across the room rudely stated we haven't paid yet. My friend clarified that I left my credit card information over the phone but this employee kept insisting it was never done. Turns out there was someone with a similar name to mine. Another employee eventually took initiative and found my order WITH the credit card information. The rude employee didn't even bother checking the back for my order or anything clarifying the order. This whole experience from the placing the order to the in-person interaction was very unprofessional and based on that experience should not...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon it was our first time here so we were looking at the menu wanting to see what we wanted. We were not greeted by the cashier. When it came to ordering we felt rushed by the cashier “anything else?” In a rude manner. She did not repeat our order to us nor did she give us a receipt. When we received our drinks we got 2 lattes (we did not ordered) we told the barrista we did not order this the cashier overhears and come to us this is what we ordered I repeated to her 3x all we wanted was two cappuccinos one ice one hot & 2 regular 1% milk. She rudely grabbed and spoke as she took the drinks “since yall don’t want these” & had the barista make the drinks again. The cashier said she would refund us for the mistaken drinks (lattes) The pastries & cookies were cold! I would expect them hot or warm but nope.

As we were eating a lot of people were complaining their drinks were being made wrong, wrong order someone even received a hard pastry. The cashier never came back to us to apologize for her mistake or refund us the money. We had to go up to her she stated she was busy. She told us they would refund us $3.00 back when I finally received the receipt back she was only refunding us for the milk not the lattes we never received the lattes. Only the milk so it did not make sense. Why she would do that.

The cups were extremely small for the price we paid for. Pastries were cold & not warm. Customer...
