Had my partner pick-up at this location, the associate originally asked my partner that he needed to have some form of identification. Even after the associate confirmed the email with all the necessary information. He returned and the associate after all that denied giving him the pick-up order, because it was not the person on the order. He was not happy about the fact that the associate should’ve said that from the very beginning so he wouldn’t go back and forth.
Today, I picked-up the order. First thing I noticed an associate that was not happy to be at work. Second of all that associate seemed irritated to assist. Third the associate didn’t ask for form of identification after I showed them the email.
I understand that we all have our days. However, the bare minimum of a sales associate is to have a good attitude and be the ambassador of the brand. This is emphasized in any job description for this position. To the manager of this location, work on your team and the vocabulary they utilize on the sales floor. Develop their people skills, because their behavior is a direct correlation to their surroundings and what management deems as acceptable behavior. Every sale counts, no matter the value of the sale. That’s what provides you with affording your team and the hours that are given. As well as your salary. Next time, come out from the back and speak to the client yourself until Michala is better verse with...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would, and I’m not even that unreasonable for it. I ordered a charm online for pickup at 7:30 this morning, didn’t receive an email that it was ready, but still arrived at 10:30 am thinking they were having issues. The associate told me, that even though online pickup says it’s ready in just TWO hours, I had to wait for an email saying it was ready. It was literally just a charm, I didn’t even ask for it to be bagged all cute or in a gift box. I leave, then get an email it’s been canceled. The girl could’ve just told me it was out of stock I would’ve grabbed something else. This is supposed to be a nice little jewelry shop but they’re acting like it’s Walmart with the customer service...
Read moreVery disappointed in this jewelry. I have a Pandora bracelet and necklace since 2015. I have taken them to get cleaned at several different Pandora locations. I noticed they never look very clean afterwards. I tried cleaning them myself, using a silver jewelry cleaner and cloth. I noticed several charms looked worse than before. I took both necklace and bracelet to Pandora at Baybrook mall and was told they don’t clean them using anything other than a cloth. Needless to say, they both look as dirty as before. For the amount of money spent per charm they should offer a cleaning service to preserve the jewelry. I will never purchase a piece of jewelry from them again. They just lost a...
