Hubby and I booked an appointment for an hour couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed our time. This was our first and we are definitely coming back! Stella and Selena were amazing, both of us got exactly what we asked for and we felt completely reset. Staff over the phone was very sweet prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, we checked in on iPads and were offered tea. Our room had sangrias and grapes that we snacked on before and after our massage. The actual massage was amazing. Both hubby and I received the exact pressures we wanted - Stella was very considerate to double check with me once she started - and had focus on problem areas we mentioned while checking in. I will say, on the occasion you can hear some traffic outside but it’s right on Shepard, there isn’t much you can do to avoid all the noise. But the hour went by nicely and they sent us on our way with water to hydrate. Otherwise, I felt cared for and like I had some quality me time that I could share with my partner, for a price that isn’t too heavy on the wallet...

I just had my first massage here and I was absolutely blown away with my experience! Alola de Spa has everything I like in a massage: dim room, calm music, no intense scents, eye covering provided when turning face up, very clean room, and hot moist towels. I could really tell this spa believes that a relaxing atmosphere is incredibly important to the quality of a massage experience.

My massage therapist, Stella, was clearly very skilled. I could tell that she was adapting her techniques to what my body was telling her, and it made for a fantastic massage experience. The depth was exactly what I needed: not so deep to be painful, but deep enough to be effective.

Another plus is that the online scheduling was easy and quick. The online waiver was simple and allowed me to easily provide relevant medical history and specify which areas I wanted my therapist the focus on.
