I’ve been a patient at RO Medspa for 10+ years and have worked explicitly with Cassie, who, within months of meeting her, I knew would likely be my go-to for many years to come. Not only was I impressed with her overall skillset, but I was intrigued that she was the first injector that pushed back on specific procedures that I would inquire about… It’s as if hearing her say “no” made me want to stay with her more. I appreciated that she would make me point out and explain my problem areas, and from there, she’d ask several questions about what I didn’t like about a specific feature and why. Over the years, I have used a variety of services, with the most recent being several rounds of laser genesis, and I was pleased with the results. Other services I’ve tried include Hydro facials (Chloe is AMAZING!), light chemical peels, Sculptra, Botox, B12 shots, Skinvive (can’t live without now), facial balancing, and next on my list is Emsculpt.

I firmly believe that I would have NEVER achieved my overall facial balancing goals without RO Medspa and Cassie’s expertise and perfectionism! She has a unique skill set that I have always appreciated, and it’s why I'll never go anywhere else, not even for Botox. I believe results should be viewed as 80% injector and 20% products. I LOVE AMANDA! I come here for Botox/Dysport as well as lip filler, Amanda is great. Goes out of her way to ensure I’m comfortable and safe. I mentioned to her before my first ever treatment my goal, as well as the fact that I’ve always thought I’ve had a low pain tolerance. She went out of her way to do little things such as give me blankets or special sensory balls to use during procedures to calm me down. I’m sure she does this for all of her patients. She also takes her time to put together awesome before and after diagrams to send to me for my own personal use. How sweet is that!? She even has gone out of her way on multiple occasions when I was having some financial difficulties to steer me towards specials they were having or certain discounts through the aspire program. Finally, she not only has awesome bedside manner, but she is real about aesthetic goals. She will tell you straight away if having a Kylie Jenner lip is not going to be achievable for you.
