Bowld Masala — Restaurant in Houston

OMG THEY'RE MY FAVORITE!!!! I absolutely love indian food and I've tried a lot of different restaurants around Houston. I went to this food court with a friend recently and I can honestly say this was the BEST INDIAN FOOD I've ever had!!! They were so so so kind and helpful and let us taste-test so many different menu items. We ended up getting like half of the food on their menu! It was too good to not!! I honestly dragged my friend across the food court to come try it as well and she ordered just as much! It was honestly phenomenal and we definitely got addicted after just the first bite! WE WILL BE BACK!!! Trust me, the ingredients taste FRESH and the chicken is seasoned PERFECTLY. Everything is made fresh and you can tell!! Everything just melts in your mouth and the spices dance! I was giddy...

We are vegetarian and needed something nutritious and hearty that isn’t just a salad. They were super friendly and Helpful!!! We got samples of the mango lassi and it’s super refreshing and my friend and I got the chickpea and potato bowl and the paneer tikka bowl and they are hearty and flavorful really good comfort food that is needed after a long day of walking around this mall. This food was great. I had the butter chicken bowl with extra protein. The portion and flavor were great. The bowl has rice, grilled chicken, butter chicken sauce, and a heap full of vegetables. The spice level is mild compared to authentic Indian food, but it is definitely tasty and some what healthy. It is a good alternative to something like a chipotle bowl! Happy this place opened...
