Valnti — Local services in Houston

It was a very good choice for me to stop by at this shop. Somehow, I’ve never heard of Valenti until recently but as I was looking for a pair of black suit, I decided to have a look at this place as well. They were very friendly people who love to show me everything I can think of. From cheaper stuffs till expensive stuffs. I got to experience cheaper materials versus quality materials and that difference was pretty big! But as I was planning to get a pair of dress suit at Macy’s, I left this shop to get the one I marked. To make a long story short, I purchased it from Macy’s but I couldn’t forget the feeling of the quality suit I wore at Valenti. So I went back to the Valenti store and got another pair of suit I wore there. They also sold me additional stuffs, which I originally didn’t plan to buy but their generous discount was phenomenal! Then, after getting back my home, I compared those suits and the difference was super obvious and right away I decided to return the suit I bought from Macy’s next day. So I came back to the memorial mall again next day and returned it at Macy’s and stopped by the Valenti again as I wanted to exchange the stuffs I got beside the suits, they let me change it with another things. But one thing I learned from them is that they don’t refund you but only exchange the stuffs with another same price products at the shop. Anyways, overall my experience over there was positive and I really love the suit I bought and the feeling and quality is really good. I don’t usually buy expensive stuff but I invested myself for the quality at this time. This place has tons of party dress and fancy stuffs. So for those who are looking for dress suits or party attire, I recommend you to have a look at this place. Also my new friend, Jimmy, is very friendly and a good worker at Valenti. He will show you everything over there so it would be nice to see the place as well as hang out there as some custom really like the music they play there! Anyways, hope this writing was helpful. We were heading to JC Penny when the amazing mens jackets (displayed in the window) stole my attention. My husband never find the right fit when it comes to suits. He gyms alot and has big biceps and wide chest with slim waist. 44R suits are tight in the chest and loose at waist. 46 is loose everywhere. He was very skeptical to find a suit that would fit. We looked through the amazing collection of suits and pulled one out to try. The assistant offered a bigger size and to our surprise 46 fit like a glove. Then the store owner Mr. Hadi came to assist and offered to show us some new designs. From that point on, he turned all of his attention to us and whatever he suggested color and design wise fit perfectly and to my surprise my husband loved everything he tried. The suits are high quality italian fabric that one can't find anywhere else. The sheen, the fall,the fabric quality and the fit were all on point. One cannot find the colors Valnti has anywhere else. We bought an amazing suit, a sports coat and a warm overcoat for my husband. Mr. Hadi waived the hem fee for the suit pant. I mentioned to Mr. Hadi that we were actually going to another store to buy my daughter some jeans. And then he said I have jeans for her and quickly ran back and brought 4-5 blue/black jeans for her to try. My daughter loved 2 pairs ( Mr. Hadi gift one jeans to her and we paid for only one) I am sold to his customer service. His wife Samia dropped by and greeted us personally thanked us for our business. I dont see any business owners taking their time out to suggest a customer what to try and what will look good on them, specially when store assistants are present on the floor. I am glad I walked into Valnti today and came out with our hearts full of happiness. We will be going to Valnti from now on. Mr.Hadi Elbanna is one of the greatest salesmen you will ever come across. He is an incredibly kind hearted and down to earth man. He cares a lot about his customers and is willing to spend hours upon hours attending to them, in hopes of them finding the perfect suit. He helped my friends and I find our prom suits, sacrificing time he could have left to attend to his other store, yet he stayed with us so we were completely satisfied. This is a testament to his hard working and passionate nature, and I have never seen anybody have negative things to say about his store or demeanor. The store has an excellent staff, all kind hearted and cooperative people. They truly care for their customers I will say this again. It is a beautiful and formal store, and the environment will have you coming back for all your suit needs. Mr.Elbanna's suits are one of a kind, and can fit the needs of many different occasions.
