The manger is very rude she thinks every person of color wants to steal. Me (black female) my girlfriend (Mexican) and brother (also black) were all in the store looking at smoke jars. She claimed I took her one that looks like Chinese take out and put it in my bag from rue 21. My brother left so I left to go find him my gf wanted som hand cuffs so she bought those and was stopped leaving by the white manger. She told my gf that she knew us blacks were stealing and that she was in on it. Even the officers when asked to see the video footage they claimed they didn’t see me and faked like he took...

This place has all sort of items that you can find for hoax, clothing, cups, peircing jewelry, anime items and much more. You wont get bored at this store. They just need to be more clean and sanitized the items here brcuase everyone is touching ecerything. The only sanitizing bittle I see is at the register. BEWARE OF THEIR REFUND POLICY!!!! I purchased a Christmas sweater here on December 5, 2018 and their unadvertised policy printed only on the receipt says that you can only get a refund if returned before December 14, 2018. The sweater was defective which I only learned of on Christmas Eve when I went to wear it. HORRIFIC POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER, EVER SHOP SPENCER GIFTS AGAIN.

Seems like Spencer Gifts is desperate for money and will resort to scam-artist-like tactics. I hope they know what the deceptive trade practices act...
