I am updating this April 2,2022 and dropping any recommendation about this place. I confirmed it is under new management, and service has gone down the drain. I gave them three shots since January, and every time I have left there with a messed up nails That had to be corrected somewhere else… or another problem. First of all, the new management cannot handle the traffic. It is extremely chaotic and they were running around like a chicken with their heads cut off.

The chairs were dirty and I had to request them to clean them before I sat on mush from the previous client.

I felt rushed, and the techs are not only sub-par, but extremely rushed themselves. Yesterday was the worst. I left with three bleeding fingers and as of this morning one is infected. The polish job is really sloppy and there was polish on my skin that is already starting to lift up (see pics). I had to ask the tech multiple times to basically do a better job and pay attention to what she was doing. One of my toes really hurts today, Not sure what she did when trimming the toenail but it didn’t hurt before I got a pedicure yesterday. I’m sure it will be fine, but this is not the service I’m used to. One of my favorite things about getting the pearl pedicure is that you get a short little shoulder rub at the end. This was downright painful yesterday I don’t really know that this person was trained on how to do a light shoulder rub… But I can tell you that I’m sore and hurt all over today. Another customer and I talked about it outside afterwards and she had the same complaint.

The salon was so chaotic yesterday, I felt like I was a burden by being there. They were out of every single color of polish I actually wanted for my nails (for the third visit in a row) so I had to settle for something that is just OK. They didn’t listen to me when I told them what services I wanted, including when I asked for a paraffin service for my hands. The manicurist just rushed through my nails and ran off without even providing the extra services I asked for.

I hope they figure this out, but this is no longer a great nail salon. I won’t be back.

INVALID REVIEW FROM OLD MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO 2022 I have been getting my nails done here for a year. Great service for the prices. I always take advantage of the Wednesday discount for healthcare workers. They have other discounts for different professions also. 🥳 They also have one of those reward systems where are you get points towards future services For every dollar spent. Recently got $15 off of my pedicure :-)

❤️ 💍 Sorry for the shameless ring photo. But this is where I went to get my nails done right after he proposed So I could...

Unfortunately did not have a good experience here and will not be coming back. For reference, I showed the artist the last picture and stated that it was exactly what I wanted (which was pulled from their other reviews on google).

There are many issues that I encountered: the French tip line is not clean at all, flat on some sides while curved on the other, and does not extend across my entire nail the nail thickness is not consistent within each nail and is almost a plateau on top of my nails. they are flat at the top and go straight down rather than being rounded. you can see in some of the pictures that the tip of the nail does not match up to the edge of my natural nail, leaving a huge indent on some of the nails when the final clear coats were put on, the artist left for a bit and then came back and checked on me. she seemed surprised that they were still wet and asked if I wanted to do shellac instead. I agreed and she proceeded to start buffing 2 layers of WET nail polish off my nails. She seemed stressed out and kept buffing my skin as well. the gel polish that was put on was placed extremely quickly leaving some empty spots, polish on my skin, and even left 2 SPIKEY bumps on the TOP of my nails when everything was over, the artist proceeded to give me a hand massage without wiping any of the nails filings off of my hand.. leaving me with a sandy feeling massage.. The saving grace was the woman that did my pedicure, while I made sure to ask for a foot scrub to get extra dead skin off.. I came home to still find my feet feeling pretty rough. they look generally okay though. I went with a friend and we both caught ants crawling on us. The one for me was in my foot and my friend found one on her lap.

From far away, my hands look okay and will generally work for my event this week. I will stick to doing my nails at home as it was absolutely not worth...

I have been a loyal customer here for years but have just experienced the worst pedicure ever. It should have been a relaxing time but ended up being a pedicure from hell. Let me start at the top.

  1. The tech started running the water, however it was cold. Instead of draining the water out properly, she decides to get a basket to remove the water instead of just draining it. The water splashes all over the floor. Was this sanitary? Hell no.

  2. The tech didn’t wear a mask like all of the other techs.

  3. The pedicure was quick! She didn’t take the time out to properly trim my toe nails or massage with sugar scrub/lotion. In one blink of an eye, the pedicure was done! There were times where the towel was filthy but yet, she never replaced it. See pic below.

  4. She started massaging my neck but then other tech interrupted her to tell her to wait until AFTER my toes were polished. She then went back to painting my nails. After she finished my nails, she proceeds to give me a 5 min massage (keep in mind it should have been 8 based on the pedicure I received). Here is a breakdown: 1st min - She massages my neck. 2nd min - She massages my left hand. 3rd min - She massages my right hand. 4th and 5th min - She massages my neck. Now where did the hand massage come from? I have no idea. I have never received one before from this place when getting a pedicure.

  5. When I went to pay, I informed them of my experience. Come to find out, the tech was new! If I would have known beforehand I would not have allowed her to perform the pedicure. The manager attempts to explain and states that she will knock $5 off. $5 off? Are you kidding me? She then decides to knock $10 off. I eventually paid for it and left. I will not...

I waited a week to see how my nails were holding up before I leave my review, unfortunately this isn’t a satisfactory review but hopefully it will allow the salon to improve on their quality of work . The ladies who did my nails were extremely sweet but unfortunately the quality of their work was one of the worst I’ve had. They did my mani pedi really quickly both within an hour and I was very happy that it didn’t take up so much time but then I noticed that the quality just wasn’t up to par. Dana was super sweet and I had a wonderful conversation with her as she recommended a new color that I really fell in love with, but I noticed she barely spent a lot of time filing down my dip power acrylics. Because of that, you can really see how the nails grow out because the acrylic wasn’t filed down closer to my nail bed towards the edges and it’s been only one week. Today one for the nails have already lifted in my middle finger, I’m super disappointed. Another thing I noticed was my pedicure. The nail tech was super sweet and gave an AMAZING neck massage towards the end but I’ve never seen shellac done this terribly on my toes. You can see how the colors were not opaque enough so you can see the unevenness of color. I’ve had Funny Bunny color on my toes for years now to know this shouldn’t look like this. Very disappointed as I won’t be returning even though the ladies were sweet but they need to focus on quality and take their time on perfecting the looks because I spent $120 just like that on something I’m going to have fully replaced in only one week. :(
