Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

This was the worst service I had gotten from any place I had ever been to. My sister and I went just to order a coffee and there were 6 people behind the counter, 2 of whom looked like managers and we were blatantly ignored for close to 5 minutes with one lady having her back turned to us standing at the register the entire time. The man who finally came up to help us acted so upset he had be there and took his sweet time helping us and turning around talking amid our transaction. The coffee wasn't hot tasted like the brewer hadn't been on the past hour or 2. I will never go to a Starbucks in...

I get to the counter and I ask the lady “are you open?” It was like 8:30 am and they supposed to be open at 8:00 she look at me like she hated me and scream at me “No! We are not open!” So I say “what time do you open?” And she just turn her back at me and walk away, I guess she was having problems with the machines or something but it’s not my fault that she was having a bad morning, anyway terrible attitude, horrible costumer...

Garbage service. All I wanted was a chai tea latte and I was left standing at the empty counter for over 10 minutes. Two Target staff members went on the walkie talkie system at two different times asking for sometime to come out. "Just a minute.". 15 minutes later and nobody came to take our order.

Lazy and not up to par with either the Target or Starbucks name.
