the space is great and so are the instructors.

however the billing system is wack, make sure you read the fine print. when you buy a month of classes, they don’t tell you, but you’re actually signing up for a recurring monthly charge that you have to go and cancel manually and if you don’t pay it or cancel it they IMMEDIATELY send your bill to colllections. :) most aerial gyms allow us to purchase the passes as we need them as long as we use them before expiring. you can see in the screenshot, this a message we received after being signed up for 3 weeks, our first month hadn’t even concluded.

they also make you pay every month on the 1st, even if you started your membership on the 15th. which is kind of scammy because you end up having extra passes that never get to be used, because they are already making you buy the next month of classes. i bought the pass when i did cause that’s when i would be able to afford the bill during the month, not randomly when rent is due

you can’t just go into whatever classes you want, they force you to choose a recurring class for the same time and day each week which doesn’t always work for me.

you aren’t allowed to edit the children’s classes in the app, you have to call which is not convenient either. all in all, we loved the instructors, and the managers, but the system they operate on just doesn’t work for us.

hopefully it works for you! make sure you read the fine print apparently cause none of this information was disclosed to me when i...

While I love the class and my instructor, customer service desperately needs to be improved. Their 6-class passes expire in 3 months with no exceptions, unless you get really angry and tell them you're going to leave a review.

I attended this studio for ~4 years if you include when it was previously known as Vault under a different owner. I work and travel a lot, which can leave my schedule somewhat erratic. To add to my current situation, I had a minor surgery that prevented me from attending class for a month. I returned to find that 3 passes had expired. I was perturbed but purchased 6 additional passes and used one that day.

I got busy at work again and also found out that I needed an additional procedure that would again prevent me from attending class. I messaged them asking for a refund for the 5 remaining passes (not even the 3 that expired due to medical reasons) as it was not working out for me between my work schedule and the upcoming medical procedure. They repeatedly just explained their policy with no willingness to budge. Only after I told them that I was going to write a review did they offer me the bare minimum of a 3 month extension on the passes. However, by that point, they had pushed me too far, to the point that I was no longer interested in ever doing business with them. If you'd like to see the full conversation, I have attached a screenshot to reviews that...

Had a private a few weeks back, made reservations and got confirmation texts etc. Was impossible to find the place as was given no directions as where to enter this huge building. Receptionist gave me smart remark that it was sent in my emails which was not and was confirmed. Also they had no idea I was coming and grabbed a random instructor to do our private class and was reassuring her she would not be stuck working past her time. Our coach we had however was amazing, really good at her job and focus on good fundamentals. Said she would be happy to work with us moving forward. Went ahead and besides the beginning agreed since this location is close to us and liked the coach we would want to do once a week lessons. I messaged following up, they asked what times on Sunday would work with us as my schedule is busy with work. I answered and said I would be flexible with times. Never heard back, no answers. Very disappointed in no follow up and not being prepared for our class. Definitely wasted the money on our $130 or so private class that stopped at one lesson due to lack of care. We will be doing our Ariel elsewhere. Great place I could recommend in Humble area if anyone is willing to make commute and...

Came here for a toddlers class for my 2 year old daughter. The place was a little hard to find but thankfully we were able to find it. The building reminds me a lot of NYC and the studio is really nice. The instructor (I believe her name is Tara) was very patient with my daughter. This was the first class of any kind my daughter has ever taken. Thankfully the instructor's daughter was also there and the two got to take the class together and play together. Very fun to watch my daughter learn this cool tricks. Looks like they also have classes for adult. Looks fun! I would recommend taking up a class here

I’ve been going to the Artz for around 6 months and have progressed more than ever before! I’ve been doing aerial silks for around 1.5 years now (excluding pandemic time since I had to take a break) and love this studio so much. I went from fabric 1 to 2 quick with the help of my favorite instructor, Lyon. The studio is very well rounded and has a lot of growth opportunities, you’ll never get bored at the Artz!
