For when you’re wanting to shop vintage ~ PS they also have an online store! #houstontexas #htx

This store has average quality used merchandise, no better than Goodwill, which is a few blocks away. They sell a used concert t-shirt full of holes for $50. My daughter bought an item and attempted to return it a few days later, unworn and with tags still attached. The merchant refused saying, “All sales are final.” I noted that there was no return policy on the receipt and no return policy posted in the store. I asked if they informed customers that all sales are final at checkout. They said, “No, but that’s the policy.” I asked if they would provide store credit and they said no. They didn’t attempt to be accommodating in any way. There are plenty of vintage stores in the area (Buffalo Exchange, Goodwill, Pavement, Leopard Lounge) with better quality and better service. I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

Really nicely decorated shop and pretty decent selection of items. There is parking in front of the store. Seats also are available inside for anyone who wants to sit for a bit. They specifically have a workwear section which I don’t see in many thrift stores. The staff is friendly and helpful and there was little to no wait for checkout in the middle of the day. Very quick and easy shopping! They color-organize their items which makes it easy to find things in the color you like, and all prices are marked clearly on the label. They also have a $5 rack which is a great area to find steals! The rest of the items are priced reasonably. They have two fitting rooms inside. Overall good place to stop by while you’re thrifting in Houston!

I used to like coming here for the scarves, but they upped their prices since the last time I was here. Very overpriced for the quality, some things have stains on them which I don't feel I should be paying massive amounts of money for. I just tried to go inside and I was told, not asked, to leave my backpack and bag up at the register with them. I find that to be a bit invasive, especially because it's such a small store. If they are unable to monitor people stealing from their tiny store, maybe they should put up cameras? Or have security if it's that bad. But I've been to Michael Kors and Coach with a backpack on and I've never been told to leave it up front. So if a luxury store won't do it, why should I here? I don't know these people, I'm not going to casually leave my $3,000 laptop up front with them, out of my sight. I don't see myself coming back in the foreseeable future unfortunately, you're a glorified thrift shop, maybe...
