Horrible customer service!!!! I made an online order to be picked up at the Howell location. I made the order on Thursday, 6/6, online because the item I wanted was 50% off online only. I received a message on Friday that the order was ready and would be held until Tuesday, 6/11. At 11:00 am on Sunday I received another text that my order was picked up. I did not pick it up or give anyone my order information. I called the suite and explained the situation at which point I was put on hold for over 35 minutes. I finally decided to hang up and call back. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the woman I was speaking to, Marisol, was a manager. She claimed that she had tried to take the call but was disconnected. She then went on to tell me that she verified the order and there was nothing she could do. The prices are considerably higher than Hobby Lobby. The few times I've been in this week, I don't know how they stay in business with HL across the way and with much better prices.

Instead of letting me know that, I got an email that my order was ready for pickup and when I got there they gave me brown fondant.
