Big Daddy's Smoke Shop — Local services in Howland Township

I bought two Orion vapes at Valley view in Cortland yesterday. Same owners as Big daddy. One of them was counterfeit. The gentleman offered to replace it and grabbed another one. We scanned the second one, it was also counterfeit. That’s TWICE they tried giving me fake ones. I asked to return both of the vapes I bought(strawberry banana and blueberry) because I did not trust them anymore. He would only take back the one after he called two people to approve it. I have records of buying hundreds of dollars at valley view just in the last few months on my credit cards statements in vapes. Never had an issue until yesterday. I am extremely disappointed. I live in Warren and go to the Warren Valley view daily. I will no longer be supporting this business and will for sure be telling my friends and family what happened. OK hands down Big Daddy's Smoke Shop is the best Vape Shop I've been to in Northeast Ohio, I live in Youngstown and make sure I travel to Big Daddy's Smoke Shop in Niles at least once a week to get ANY and EVERYTHING I need for my mod. Oh, and the Juice and Salt selection is as Amazing as it is Vast. They even have disposable vape pens an the flavor selections are off the chart. The customer service here is phenomenal and If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask because the guys are well educated on Vaping and any Vaping Accessories an their open to helping anyone who needs it. I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while, never had a problem with anything I’ve purchased. I bought a Hyde N-Bar in Tropical Gummy on a Wednesday. I opened it Friday night and used it all weekend. These devices will usually last me a week. Sunday night it would not charge. It just blinks after trying different chargers. I went in on Monday and was told they couldn’t do anything about it, I have to “try it out in the store.” Which is not stated anywhere in their store policy or upon buying the item.
