But let me tell you, the real star of the show on my recent visit wasn't just the BBQ, it was our server, Faith.

From the second she greeted us with a smile brighter than the American flag on the wall, Faith made us feel like veterans returning home. Her recommendations were spot-on, guiding us through the menu with an enthusiasm that had us drooling before we even ordered. The brisket? Divine. The mac and cheese? Creamy perfection. We couldn't have navigated the smoky goodness without her expertise.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is ALWAYS the BEST and the customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND standards for the area. Courteous, polite and well mannered staff!

Valentine’s Day dinner with my Wife today and Mission BBQ was our pick. Ever since coming home from Afghanistan, this has been the ONLY place I eat pulled pork, let alone meat.

But… there was no pulled pork available and they had to refund us after we ordered. This is the second time this has happened to me, also one time with my Wife and Daughter-in-law.

My hopes were high, but the outcome left me feeling disheartened. I truly hope this matter is resolved, as my family has a profound love for this place.
