At first everything went smoothly. Had a 25 minute ride back home after getting take out. Bag was packed to the top with food. Could not view all that was ordered. I was just going to drive home without checking. As I am checking the bag rips I half because how it was packed. Generally anyone taking food home rolls the top closed to try to conserve the heat and freshness. Well I was missing a sandwich. Went back through drive through to wait for 7 cars to get their order. I already provided situation over the intercom of what sandwich was missing. I get to associates trying to inquire about receipt. Which I was not given one. I was give a sticker that was stuck to the ripped bag. By then I'm pretty irritated knowing I still have to stop and get gas and get food home that was nice and cold upon arrival. Start time in drive throu 8:30. Didn't get home until 9:45. Gas station I was done within 10 minutes. Alot of people eat the food in the car and sure that is fine but not something I do personally. I'm not mad about the mistake. I understand checking a receipt. If you can easily view what you order in a bag to we her the bags not ripping apart then there could have been a whole mess avoided. The cheap cost efficient bad is not meant to hold 3 sandwiches, a box of 12 price nugget, 5 price nugget and 4 fries with napkins and sauce. Give the customer the nice plastic bag if your gonna stuff it all in there. Not to mention with the food being cold my grilled chicken club sandwich smelled like wet dog, soft didn't get eaten. The fries were floppy. One particular frie was a half of a whole potatoe top. My sons sandwich was suppose to be plain but it had everything on it including cheese which he is allergic too. So another reason why I mostly stick to at...

Update...6/7/2021 As a regular motorcycle rider, there is a certain demographic that is being left out. It's frustrating to not be able to sit down and eat. The app is awful. I'd like to contact corporate to voice my concerns but I was unable to find a way to do so, so here goes my rant.
The thing I really used to like about Chick-fil-A is that you could get any sauces you wanted. In fact, if you dined in, there was at least one team member dying to assist you.
When I placed my order with the app, I was using a gift card, which had $10 on it. Then I tried to add the remaining $0.33 on my credit card. To my dismay, I had to add a minimum of $10. Now I don't know if I'll ever use the remaining $9.67 or be able to refund it to my credit card.
While placing the order, I didn't know if I could or had to ask for sauce. No prompts. I thought there would be curbside service since that's what the phone message said. NOPE. I had to go in and wait about 5 minutes. This is after having to drive up the exit to get into the parking lot to the carside parking spots. When my order finally arrived, I told the employee, "this is horrible, you HAVE TO open the dining room back up." She apologized, but didn't hear me out as I wasn't done and wanted to get a few packets of mayo and honey mustard. Very very disappointed.
The food was good when I got home, but come on...open up the freaking dining...
