Firstly, the store's size can make navigation challenging, particularly during peak hours. I recommend exploring opportunities to optimize the layout for better customer flow. Secondly, the introduction of self-checkout lanes has presented some issues. It appears that registers are not opened promptly to alleviate lines, resulting in longer wait times. Lastly, while I understand the efficiency self-checkouts aim to provide, I feel that customers who are effectively ringing up their own purchases should be incentivized, potentially through a small discount or rewards program. This is my main grocery store, know every employee, they make sure you don't have bruised produce, and are fast and friendly.

The prices are way low and the food is better than name brand food, there was even an article saying how good the food is. People are crazy that don't shop here, they're even bringing in organic food, they are adding extra lanes soon. Their cheese is much better than Walmart's great value brand, they have excellent pies too. The one thing they need to change is their meat selection it's a little limited and not always the best, much fresher than family fresh but super Walmart is my meat store. I got a piece of Beef tenderloin that turned out to be a series of jacket layers of meat that were rolled up that way. It was the most disappointing moment of preparing a dinner that a mom could have. Once you have three different scenarios of ruined dinner (two others being rotten chicken, not to mention moldy asparagus another time).. you start to wonder why Aldi is raising it's prices. There are many chances that it won't work out well.. and maybe it's just better to pay the same cost in meat at a legit store and suck it up to pay $1-2 more for cheese and lettuce.
