Word to the wise: when every other coffee shop has a line and one doesn't, it's not because they have great espresso and efficient service. I went past Starbucks and Caribou to give Dunn a chance, but it was disappointing. I went through drive thru and ordered a medium Americano with half and half. Simple enough. At the window, the barista asked if I had a medium dark roast... To which I said No, and repeated my order. She handed me a cup and I drove off, excited for that first sip that plays like a symphony in the mouth. Welp this first sip was more like a sad, lonely trombone. It was warmish with no cream. Heck, I couldn't detect any espresso period. It was the most watered down lukewarm drip roast I've every tasted. So I turned around and walked in, thinking they just gave me the wrong coffee. Nope. The barista claimed that she just forgot the cream, that the devastating liquid in my hand was, in fact, what they call an Americano. She offered to remake it, to which I readily agreed. 'That can't be their Americano' I thought to myself. But sure enough. The second cup was just as blah...
Read moreFor everyone’s sake, please fix your drive-thru service (speaker which is always muffled and unclear and the associate who takes the order wrong all the time probably because of the faulty speaker and mic). Definitely will not take a minute for all your customers go from Dunn Brothers to “Done Brothers”. Nothing wrong with the coffee taste if it’s the right one I’ve ordered.

I didn’t get avocado in the sandwich for which I paid an extra $1.50. So there is wrong with online order as well?. What is the best way...
Read moreThe breakfast sandwich I ordered was amazing. It took a while for it to come out, but it was served hot. Coffee was also great. The reason I’m leaving a poor review is due to the service at the window. We went through the drive thru and we were asked to leave a tip to which we said no. The barista then asked 10%, 15%, 20% or custom? I don’t appreciate being made to feel guilty for not leaving a tip when going through the drive thru. For two coffees and a sandwich it was over $20. This company makes enough to pay its employees well enough to where they don’t need tips. Everyone knows that they can leave a tip, don’t try to twist things. (Previous review stated that they ask because nobody knows they can leave a tip at the...
