Shady business practices! Went in to return a brand new, unopened,Hallmark keepsake ornament. The website States I have 90 days to accomplish this return. However, this location decided to type something at the bottom of their receipts stating that there are no returns for keepsake ornaments. In addition ,they lowered the return time frame to 30 days. None of this information is posted prominently in the store. Especially not around the keepsake ornaments. Thede details were slso not explained to me upon purchasing the ornament. I purchased this ornament as a gift but it was already purchased by the family member. Now I'm stuck with a $17 ornament because of shady business ethics. A $17 return was worth permanently losing my business? To these folks, yes....

While the cashier that served me was polite and professional, that was not the case for other employees of the store. This concerns the pandemic and mask mandates. The manager of the store was wearing a mask that was down below her nose, leaving it exposed. A third employee came in the door waving her mask in the air and complaining that no one can mandate her to wear a mask, not even the governor of the state. She continued to walk through the store with no facial covering whatsoever talking with the manager. There us a sign on yhe entry door stating masks are required. Stopped in here on my lunch break to grab a couple of cards. It was hard not to get distracted because of all the cute gift items. Also, I noticed this Hallmark carries a small assortment of local treats and handmade goods, which I don't think I've ever seen in a Hallmark store before. The staff was warm and friendly, helpful and speedy. I had a great experience here. Adorable little gift shop with cards and ornaments, of course, as well as a large selection of bags (as in purses, backpacks, handbags), jewelry, scarves and other accessories, figurines, and some locally made bath items as well as "those fancy brands", too, so whatever your taste is, I'm sure there's something for...
