Lemon Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

So disappointed this my experience with this restaurant tonight. I have ordered from them many times with no issues. Today my husband I I ordered via grub hub and the restaurant calls to inform me they don’t have the dessert I ordered. They offer to replace it with two scoops of ice cream, hahaha for 6 dollars? No thanks. I ask to replace the item with a similar priced item such as spring rolls, they refused and offered to give me a refund. Fine. They proceeded to tell me that the curry doesn’t come with rice, I have to pay for that. Weird every other Thai place includes rice with curry. I said that’s fine and I’ll pay the driver cash. Once the driver arrives she has no change whatsoever and insists on me putting the $1.60 charge on my credit card. I really hate doing business with owners who are so cheap and short sighted. I have spent hundreds of dollars dining at this restaurant and you going to Nickel and dine me over a dollar??! I work across the street from this place at my insurance office(off professional circle) I always suggest this place for our office lunches and we usually spent $100 every time we order. I will not be dining here again because of this bad experience, I will never suggest this place for office lunches again. You lost a good customer over $1. Very rude.. i was there to pick up a to go order.. order was already late.. i see bags of food come out.. then 10 minutes later they give me a bag..

not even busy time.. when i say that the bag has just been sitting there 10 minites after it is already late..

guy gets really rude. Very incompetent employees.. very unorganized.. actually it almost seems like they were making it more late on purpose... very rude..

no respect for other peoples time..

It would have only been 20 minutes late... but instead it was 30 minutes late..

When there is only 2 people waiting for to go orders.. does the cashier not think to look at the names on the 4 orders that come out?
