LOFT — Local services in Huntington Beach

I've lived in this area 30 years now and have shopped at this location numerous times. I also have several sisters that shop here too. Usually i have no problem at this location but this store seem to have a lot of staff turn over which makes it difficult to establish any long term relationship with the staff. I am fine with no staff hovering over as long as they are there when i need assistance all is fine. My last experience really bothered me. I saw 3 staff members help a white lady and none offer any assistance to me, in fact one staff look at me like i was stealing something when i walked in the store. I even smiled to her while she eyed me up and down then walked away. Then as i was at the counter to pay...she thought i was attempting to return the pile of clothes i was purchasing. Perhaps realizing her mistake..she tried to be extra friendly and make conversations but by then its too late. Customers don't like being thought of a thieves or not being helped and neglected or thought of as trouble makers returning clothes. I never return any items and my purchases usually add up to 300$. Word of advice to the staff, this is OC lots of Asians here and yes ..our purchasing power is huge. First impression is so important. After all this a young staff member was the only one that was pleasant. Customer service is vital in retail. Unfortunately, not every one should...

Usually no problems here whenever I go but the last time I visited (about a week ago) I was met with some of the rudest attitudes ever. One lady (older, blonde hair) literally stepped in front of the rack I was looking at while I was standing not even a foot away to put back clothing and nudged me out of her way about 5 minutes later while huffing under her breath. I would have gladly moved if she had asked but she never did. Had an arm full of about 11 items after being in there for nearly 30 minutes and left right after with nothing. Will not...
