Dog Haus — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

We ordered here for the first time. We ordered aioli burgers and our kids the HOT DOG sliders. The food came out and they brought us cheeseburger sliders for our kids. Our kids don’t like cheeseburgers and we would never order that. I explained that is not what we ordered. They took the food back, the lady had a conversation with the girl that took our order. Of which I asked what the issue was and the girl said this is what you ordered. I explained to her it was Not. Then the OWNER comes out and proceeds to tell us that this is what we’ ordered as the lady repeats the order. I explained to him that we did not order that and she did not repeat it. The owner as VERY RUDE and all parties there lacked customer service skills. Telling us it’s a loss for him if we don’t take the food that we didn’t order. We will never come back here . A huge disagreement for $9 is rediculous as a business owner when they are in the wrong. He proceeds to tell me he is not going to argue and I explain to him we are two adults having a conversation about an order that his staff placed incorrectly . Not an argument . At this point our kids didn’t get their food and I had to request a refund. Now a double loss as an owner. Very disappointed in this...

Dog Haus Biergarten is located right in the middle of Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, adjacent to the mall's "Garden." It's a gourmet fast-food place and a bar. They serve hot dogs, burgers, sausages, burritos, etc., but also a good selection of craft beers and cocktails. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a weird name (Bad Mutha Clucka... LOL). You can have it with fried chicken, and you get to choose three levels of spiciness. It's served on Hawaian roll, like virtually every other sandwich. It's an odd choice but not a bad one. First of all the chicken is fantastic! It's thick and juicy and perfectly grilled. The "secret sauce" is also remarkable: think of Thousand Island with added quality mustard. My wife had a cheeseburger. The burger is "smash" style and made of 100% Angus Beef. Very tasty, and everything inside was fresh and a great accent to the sandwich. We also tried "Das Brat," a German-style bratwurst. It was delicious, and the mustard it came with was excellent. Fries were also excellent, and so were the onion rings. They have vegan options, like impossible burger, vegan sausages, etc. Highly...

Can't say much for this place but a lot of people like this spot, so stopped by 2 times.

1st time tried this spot one of my kids got the chicken tenders & the rest of my kids & I got HB hot. HB hot wings same price way better

2nd time stopped by to grab a beer before dinner at cheesecake factory. The roided up dude at the counter was not the brightest, while he chilled in the bar area vs sales counter, was irritating. After ordering he did not give me a # tag. Then waited 15 min for my beer, I had to go in and ask for it. Then they serve me the wronge beer from what I originally ordered not to mention the beer I got was flat.

Being a Friday night over all. A bad experience of just wanting a quick beer. Much faster buying beer at Buffalo Wild Wings. Then heading out...
