I have a 5 years old Bose Soundtouch 30 system, that recently stop working, after doing some online research, I found USAV, after a phone call, I was instructed to bring over the unit to their store. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and reliable.

I sent my Compsnion 5 Series sub unit to USAV. It had not been working for atleast 5 years. I had bought another system by another company and the sound was NOT as good. A friend told me about this company and I'm so happy that he shared it with me. When I called them, they were Extremely nice on the phone which is hard to get nowadays. Explained to them what issues I was having and immediately they knew what the problem was. After hearing there voice and how NICE they were, I was certain I had the right repair company. I sent the unit in and the repair was fast. Got my unit back within a week. This Bose system has the BEST Sound quality I've ever heard, I'm so glad I found this Company. THANK YOU AGAIN. I have had two Bose remotes model RC38T1-27 stop working and bought a third. In searching for the third I found these guys. I sent them both broken remotes and they were repaired and returned to me within a week. I have researched why these remotes stop working and the causes are pretty simple - basically breakages to a physical component that can be repaired if you have the tools and confidence to use them. USAV has both the tools and the knowledge. More importantly they have great customer service. I am completely satisfied with their service and now I have three working remotes! Obsessive, but it is good to know that my Bose system will have a longer life because of this...
