I want to start by saying, the only reason I'm giving even one star is because
Horrendous service. 1.) The wait staff ignored us and never came back to take our order after we put in starters. 2.) after flagging down a second waitress and putting our order in...food was brought to us separately and so long in between (10-15 minutes) that I basically finished my sushi plate before my husbands overcooked lobster was brought to us. 3.) The lobster was so overcooked. When we told them of the overcooked lobster to another wait staff (Now a third waiter now because I couldn’t find anyone who had previously helped us) he pretty much told us we were wrong because “that’s how they cook lobster and they sell out lobster every day” He took my husbands fork and flicked it like he was proving to us it was fine even though it was clearly rubbery and curling and stated that the chef “said it was good.” He came back and forth three times mumbling something to the effect about how we are wrong and how he doesn’t want us ordering another lobster and not liking it. Just absolutely ridiculous how everything was handled. It was my husbands 40th birthday and we had been waiting for a celebration to get lobster. We went Vons and got him a rib eye (being we wasted an hour and a half at the restaurant the lobster counter was closed unfortunately) because if you want something done right I guess you really have to do it yourself. Lastly, 4.) The fried calamari was oily.

Read moreIt ended up being kind of gross, I got their sushi platter, and the salmon was slimy and the tuna was unpalatable. And I gave them a chance to make it right and they declined. They didn’t want to make their customers happy so it turned out to be a bad atmosphere and a bad experience. I would never go there again. All I can say is yuck! Their customer service and attention to detail was horrific. I’ve never experienced such A horrible distain for their customers satisfaction. And his big claim to fame was I’ve been open for 10 years, but there weren’t that many people in there maybe three or four other tables on a Thursday night not busy at all. It was disgusting. I’ll be surprised if I don’t get sick and have diarrhea by the middle Of the night. That’s a picture of two of the worst servers and then the manager he is not a very good business owner.
