When I tell you my expectations were exceeded—that is high praise. I have built a career out of customer service and have learned with decades of trial and error what it means to provide a great dining experience and Burattino’s made a simple Sunday night dinner out one which makes a lifetime repeat customer.

In my eyes, you could be a Michelin-rated restaurant; or a local pizza joint—the service changes everything.

Jade and Lexie were outstanding. Always smiling, always friendly, always accommodating and all-around just exceptional. Poor Jade. Taking our ridiculous order and being so organic and friendly throughout. (And the order came out perfectly to boot.) Smiling Lexie with such a welcoming attitude. I’d forgotten to ask for extra cheese (a Burattino MUST) and Alex (whom I assume is the owner) who didn’t bat an eye and made it happen. When I say I needed a no-fuss, easy experience for my family for dinner—this was just that.

To top it all off, the pizza is freaking amazing. To give you perspective—I don’t care for pizza. I’m a pizza snob (I said it, so you don’t have to). This is pretty damn good pizza.
